Got there in the end - thanks

Bought shoes just before Christmas as a gift turns out they were in a sale Cost 35 00 wasn t aware of sale price They were too big so I returned them daughter tried on Christmas day upon opening gift Daughter then separately ordered a smaller pair but cost was 50 000 I asked if Lamoda would join the dots and refund me the difference of 15 00 against the original returned order and the new purchase They initially refused which I found very unfair so I asked for the matter to be escalated After review of the facts and my situation they agreed to refund the difference Had I not have persisted with my request this probably wouldn t have happened but I am grateful for the then intervention and the way I was dealt with and the outcome it was sincere personable but professional too It s how retailing should be whether online or high street Got there in the end Thanks

The shoes I ordered look the same as on the website Great quality and I love that they are vegan The price is also affordable the only drawback is that shipping from the UK to Italy is pretty expensive but that s not LAMODA s fault

I always buy my LAMODA shoes when theyre on sale I own 4 pairs platform boots 2 summer sandals platform heels all of which came in great condition I can attest to not being satisfied with the lower quality compared to how theyre advertised online but that comes with purchasing clothing shoes jewelry online but the quality isn t bad I ve purchased my shoes over the course of 2 5 years and have enjoyed them They re comfortable stylish and affordable when purchased on sale I always get compliments on them and store them in their original box as they re not really everyday footwear for me I ve worn them to concerts and to company parties - always gotten compliments always stayed comfortable of course within reason I ve refrained from giving a full 5 stars as the initial pair I purchased had the effect of not being worth the price-point so since then i ve only purchased the footwear when they re on sale I ve gotten 3 out of the 4 pairs around the 25- 45 price range oppose to their original 70- 100 range Hope this was helpful Definitely give it a go I really love their shoes

10 10 Only had one issue

If you wang to get compliments then buy shoes from Lamoda because The shoes are AMAZING They have a great style they fit very well and are comfy They bring your outfit on a whole other level Literally the most comfortable platform high heels that I own I did have some struggles with my tracking email Which was very stressful and scary also my first time ordering from lamoda But the staff was helpful and didn t let me down Keep in mind that i live in Germany I will totally buy again hopefully without the tracking order stress

I have mixed opinions about Lamoda

I have mixed opinions about Lamoda I ve ordered from them twice In their favour both times the items have arrived quickly and we re nice quality And they have some great sales discount codes The first pair I ordered boots fitted great no problem would have rated 5 star So I ordered again but the second pair platform sandals were slightly too big making them almost impossible to walk in I sent them back using their returns form but received NO REFUND no one is answering any of my emails Absolutely zero customer service Got my money back via PayPal

Good I like the shoes

The Shoes are totally appropriate for the price It was like 50 off but it seems like that s the default for the store - it s always some sale so i assume maybe the 50 off is the actual selling price Very funky styles and surprisingly comfortable even with the super high plateau and heel Material it s not leather mostly but it feels good enough inside with some thin socks on i had no problems Delivery took a while also had a little problem bc it got sent to a parcel shop and i got no notification but customer service was helpful and i managed to pick it up right before it would ve been sent back Very satisfied with my purchase got a lot of compliments for the shoes

Bought some black boots and they were lovely and so comfortable wore them loads Then a month in my heel broke and I contacted the support team who promptly sent me a replacement Pleased with the customer service and commitment to sending a quality product excited to wear my new boots

I ordered three pairs of shoes from lamoda uk but unfortunately one pair was missing I send an email and they responsed quickly apologizing and now they are sending me the missing pair of shoes free of mailing charge Samantha and Pascal were so helpful and kind through emails that they truly made my day Also the shoes that I got are super comfortable and good-looking Please if u need help contact them They are surely helping 3

Two pairs of boots from LAMODA

I have two pairs of boots from LAMODA and they are some of the most comfortable boots I ve ever worn I have worn them to concerts museums and countless other events that require standing and walking for long periods of time They are a great accessary to any outfit and they really bring my style up a notch Depending on the style of boot they are really easy to dress up or down depending on the look you are going for I highly recommend this brand if you are in the market for some comfortable yet stylish platforms
