THEY STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS

I ordered one pair of boots After waiting more than a month after expected delivery date and multiple emails I was told they had to cancel my order After another month and atleast four emails I still didnt recieve my money back I thought site was legit and maybe it is but they definitelly like to steal from their customers when they get a chance I would not recommend at all

Terrible customer service no refunds given

I ordered shoes from them a month ago when they arrived they were far too small Their exchange process is not clear on their website and I asked for help The email response I got was rude and unhelpful just linking the exchange information from the FAQs on their website I figured it out myself and made my return using the returns company they listed and have heard nothing since The delivery company listed the item as received by La Moda on their tracking system several weeks ago but still I have heard nothing I have emailed them twice about this and been ignored There doesn t seem to be any other way to contact them besides the email address they list and they seem to be just ignoring anything about refunds Update posting this review prompted them to actually get back to me and sort out the problem They have now sent me the shoes that I paid for They asked that I remove the review or update it to reflect this So there you go It really shouldn t take leaving a negative review to get their attention to make a basic return or exchange Service remains terrible

READ THE REVIEWS FIRST THINGS

I wish I came on this review page before ordering something from them I ordered a pair of shoes last weekend with Next Day Delivery for tomorrow Saturday for a Halloween Party No emails about it saying it s coming Messaged them on Facebook just in case a couple of emails and Instagram messages NO RESPONSES And they still upload photos on their social media A LOT OF PHOTOS Do not order from them Such a bad customer service

No refund for returns

I returned an item October 2022 and it took months for them to confirm receipt In June 2023 they confirmed they would send me a refund in 10 days Its now the end of August and I m still waiting for my refund and they have stopped responding to my emails Even the email I sent to their new customer email address supplied

Either a con or incompetence

Awful experience The boots i bought didn t arrive I contacted the company who didn t respond to me until I threatened to seek advice from a 3rd party I was told the boots i purchased were out of stock and told i could choose an alternative which i did These boots also never arrived Either a con or incompetence Either way I certainly won t be using this company again even though they frequently spam my email address with their fantastic offers

Stay away

Stay away Wore shoes once and they cane apart Sent emails and fb message No reply Then hit paypal and filed case Received response 2 days later telling me now with financial team They want a return but an waiting for response to prepay otherwise not putting more money on this outfit Terrible customer care Very disappointing

Poor quality of shoes and very bad

Poor quality of shoes and very bad customer service experience As soon as I got the shoes the smell of plastic and toxic materials came out from the bag I tried the shoes on and they couldn t even fit in my normal size I decided to return them the same date and after 17 days I am still waiting for my refund to be processed

Don t waste your money

Boots were incredibly small for their size poor quality for the price and I m still waiting for my refund nearly three months later Responses from customer service unhelpful and keep saying there s a delay processing but my impression is they re hoping people will just forget about the money they re owed as there s no offer to help or search for my order number Reached out to them and each time its just the copied and pasted thanks for your patience we have a backlog at the present message Don t waste your money on them they re proving to be a total scam

3 months later no resolution

3 months after ordering still no resolution If you receive your order via Evri then it should be fine However the moment customer services get involved everything comes to a standstill Was waiting months for them to resend which didn t happen and now waiting months for the refund Its a shame because their products are great VFM if you get it but the after sales is terrible

Slow to respond and shoddy goods

Daughter placed orders regularly from Lamoda and the last two pairs of boots she bought after wearing once the sole has come away from the shoe Took customer services a week to reply and they said since she d had the boots since January they could not refund or replace The boots were obviously poorly made in the first place
