My first order

This was mu first time ordering from LAMODA and it will most likely be the last I placed my order in the beginning of November I believe it was the first week I paid extra for priority shipping and I just received it on December 20th I know it took A MONTH AND A HALF I constantly was in contact with them sending emails back and forth with someone named Samantha and Pascale I seriously considered canceling my order On the bright side I asked for a refund of my shipping and they were really polite about it

I haven t had a dispatch email despite

I haven t had a dispatch email despite ordering for next day delivery on Monday after midnight I m starting to think i have been scammed going by the reviews i would love it if someone got back to my email please or i will be contacting Trading Standards and my bank i would like my boots or my money

Fallacy of promises

These shoes look great if only i could have received them This is absolute unacceptable behaviour after promises and promised to deliver yet failed order on 19th of jan and right now it is 25th of March guess who doesnt have the shoes due to logistics distribution issues yeah me Guess again who does have the shoes and can deliver them in 3days to me yes a third party online webshop Only way of contact is through email what era are you based in why not transition to fax only or pigeon mail atleast then we know you read it

Not worth full price not size inclusive

Next day delivery took 3 days with no communication to explain boots were the worst fitting shoes I ve ever put on definitely not size inclusive at all as you d have to be so skinny to get them zipped up even half way I wouldnt even consider myself plus size as I m a size 10-12 Went straight back Wasn t overly impressed there was only one way of returning Yodel collect plus either as I don t have a drop off anywhere near me and you only have 2 weeks to return rather than 30 days like most retailers Extra star as there s alot of choice but I guess next time I ll try shoes that aren t boots as the model I ordered atleast magnolia boots are super narrow fitting on the calves I have a pair of maryjane platforms I got 2nd hand which fit better but I still wouldn t say they would have been worth full price

Broken shoes

I ve bought a few pairs of shoes from Lamoda in the past as they have such cute styles but they break so easily My most recent pair broke within 10 wears the buckle snapped and I can t fasten them anymore I ve contacted lamoda but they re unwilling to do anything These shoes are expensive but are the cheapest quality Won t be buying from them again

Wrong order

I unfortunately didn t get the boots I wanted and the ones I did get don t really fit I can only zip up the boot halfway and I actually got a size up from what I originally ordered The boot part was comfortable but seems like it could easily scratched and kind of cheap Customer service was great though They were super nice helpful and the only reason why this review has stars So shoutout to them

Nowhere near a wide leg option

Lovely boots but definitely not wide leg as advertised Absolutely nowhere near fitting Very disappointed

Questionable quality

I bought the Under cover platform ankle boots about 3 weeks ago I noticed some minor discrepancies but thought nothing of it The shoe was light which was a little unexpected but again I thought nothing of it On the 23 11 23 yesterday My shoe broke The heel broke off from the actual shoe and I was in awe It appears to have been superglued which doesn t surprise me since that tends to be pretty common nowadays The material of the heel was like a harder version of foam I m not sure how to describe it but that s why the shoe was so light Of course light shoes are better but that doesn t make them amazing so to speak Again I had these shoes for about 3 weeks I m devastated and I genuinely want my money back even though the damage has already been done

A bit disappointed

I recently ordered the Too Cute Platform Knee High Boots because I have been eying them for a while and Lamoda was having a sale Shipping was super fast and the shoes are lovely Unfortunately my calves are too large for them to zip even with the additional help with the laces I would have to pay quite a bit to ship them back so that is why I am rating my experience so low Be careful if you are also a wide calved girly

Poor customer service experience

I ordered a pair of Sweet Talker boots but accidentally ordered the non Wide Calf version so I sent it back for an exchange for the Wide Calf versions The return was received but the exchange didn t happen I had to email them 10 days later to ask when I would receive the shoes to then receive a reply saying they no longer had the size in stock and that I should just choose a different style instead - even though a pre-order option was available although at the original price and not the sale price I bought them at The boots were intended to be a Christmas present and if they had processed the exchange in time then I would have received the boots on time I emailed them to ask for compensation and they only offered me 20 off even though I received an email the day before sent out to all customers offering 30 off
