No refund no product Updated good news

Ordered the mystery shoes on the 10th of Jan they had problems with my address tho it was correct on the order confirmation I sent it to them again with a back up address just in case They said they would forward it on to the warehouse team and let me know when it gets sent out Ten days pass no update I email asking for one and they say I ll look into it Several emails asking for an update or any info at all and still all I got was I ll look into it Well now it is the 16th of Feb They still haven t updated and have now stopped responding to my emails I have asked twice for a refund now and those emails have been ignored At this point I am beyond furious I cannot recommend this company to anyone And IF you do buy their product buy it off of ASOS or other sites of the like Edit I just wanted to update this review to say that Lamoda got in touch and have sorted out my refund and are sending out my order still I am thankful for this finally being sorted but I m still wary about ordering from them again The support team members that I have dealt with since putting up this review have been very apologetic and kind Thank you to those who sorted this for me

i ve been gifted shoes from here before n i fell in love however i ordered two pairs recently and it was for next day delivery and it didn t come until a few days later which was annoying but other than that great quality shoes and affordable

Just order Lamoda from Dollz Kill 3rd party merchants

Well I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they sent me Black Adore you rather than the Zebra Adore you I had to email them more than 30 times Blast them on my social media talk to 5 different people finally talked to Pascale who I m convinced is the only competent person at this company So after going full rage Karen mode and telling them I d take them to small claims on uk gov THEY SENT ME MY SHOES AND I LOVE THEM BUT I would just order through dolls kill honestly The shoes are cool but god forbid if they mess up your order you re are most likely gonna have to do the ABSOLUTE MOST to get it fixed Thanks girly pop Pascale and yeah just order thru dolls kill lol I had a friend order shoes and they sent wrong size They will ghost you She wasn t as persistent as me so she had to sell them on depop and lose about 60

Wouldn t order again

Would probably not bother ordering from them again I ordered a pair of shoes early October with next day shipping and they never arrived I emailed and was told there had been a stock issue and that I could either wait or exchange for a different item I decided to wait After a whole month with no further word I emailed again and was told they had no intention of restocking the shoes but had failed to inform me of this I was then given the option to get a full refund which I took The customer service was very quick and helpful just feel the actual site should have been much more active about telling someone who has bought a product that it won t be getting restocked Probably best to just avoid

I bought a pair of shoes

I bought a pair of shoes they were advertised to be wide calf The zipper would not close fully So I wanted to return them and get a refund I had them delivered internationally so for me to return them I had to pay an additional 37 euro fee for my package to be fully insured and get delivered at their warehouse safely because they do not provide shipping services internationally In addition this information I had to search for myself because this information is certainly not provided on their website It is very difficult to find out how exactly you re going to get your package safely delivered not talking about the fact that you might not even get your money back After contacting customer service and after having multiple conversations I basically got told that I would have to figure it out myself The return forms are also incredibly confusing these are also not explained anywhere In conclusion they are not size inclusive have terrible guidelines and return systems and the customer is left with a pair of shoes they have no use for and must figure out by themselves what to do with 21-07-2023After placing this review a couple of days ago I was contacted today by an escalation manager and was able to get the full amount refunded I am still waiting on the money but I believe this whole issue has now been resolved Thank you

I wouldn t pay full price

The shoes are nice and definitely not something you can get anywhere else but the price is way to much for the quality you recive I ordered a pair of the cow print boots and they came on time ect but the stitching is awful and the print is washed out and Gray not black

Too many issues for the price

Bough the Heartless Chunky Platform Boots the shoes are really pretty and comfortable and I barely had to break them in but the international shipping cost is outrageous for Europe and on top of that it was late For a 14 shipping I d at least expect punctuality so I contacted customer service asking for a partial refund of that cost and after some odd back and forth they kindly refunded the whole shipping cost Punit handled my query they were really nice I hope they get payed well cause it shows they actually read the customer s emails I ve used the boots a couple times on rainy weather and the base isn t properly glued so water gets in it s an easy fix at home but I d expect dry feet from expensive boots too The returns system is so bad I wouldn t even consider using it so I just glued them myself I at least hope they can handle basic use over time and don t fall apart EDIT FOR TRANSPARENCY After seeing this review they refunded me the price of the shoes since there was no stock left The escalation manager Carl assured me that the shoes are made to last and apologized for the inconvenience I can t be bought on a refund and pretty words but I ll up the review one star in hopes that they re actually striving for improvement since they ve already asked me twice to remove it or modify it given the circumstances On a side note 20 days after the delivery I received a letter from FedEx with a charge of 20 in customs for the shoes so buying here has really been a rollercoaster of emotions for me and I don t think I ll buy again no matter how pretty and comfortable the shoes are

Only SKINNY calf girls

I really like the shoes I got Ever Lasting Light Knee High Flatform Boots but warning I m 5 5 125 and may have mildly muscular calves but the shoes I got would BARELY zip over my calves I feel like if I hadn t gotten shoes with the thin elastic strip that barely stretches I would have had to return I m in the us and pretty sure would have had to pay for shipping back

Returned due to ridiculously tight ankles and still no refund

Really like their boots but recent purchases have been so tight on the ankle I can t even do them up I m a size 12 with slim ankles people bigger than me stand no chance Very disappointing Also I m still waiting for a refund due to the above reason - have emailed to progress chase but yet to receive a reply I m now concerned I ll have the same problem with the second pair I ve ordered Please do better I d really like to continue wearing your products UPDATE On receipt of this review Lamoda progressed and refunded both purchases I therefore chosen to upgrade this review

I haven t received the order due to mix up

I haven t received the order when tracking it says they ve been sent back It says customer refused delivery I didn t need my purchase in time for Christmas The first pair of boots I ordered were far too small so returned those but the PO have messed that return up too So currently 100 out of pocket with no boots I will say not all stated is Lamodas problem but three stars is for sizing paying over 8 to return them
