Monthly treat

Latest in Beauty is a cost effective way of trying new products Its nice getting the monthly parcel of new things and I like that I get to choose them I have had the occasional problem with missing items or leaked products but its infrequent and customer services have resolved the situation to my satisfaction Overall I wpuld recommend them

Really happy with the Sunday times

Really happy with the Sunday times style beauty box wish I d ordered earlier as some great prices had sold out when I ordered mine it s great you can pick 6 bits excited to try JVN hair cream and the shampoo and conditioner by another brand

Great products poor delivery service

Great products great company but poor courier service twice my monthly box has been just left on my driveway in the rain with no attempt to knock at my door This is no reflection on LIB but just the 3rd party courier company they use

I ve been an on and off member of LIB

I ve been an on and off member of LIB for a while now - it was definitely better a few years ago in terms of the level of products supplied more full sizes less of the poundshop high street brands but I still think it s pretty unbeatable in terms of the ability to choose your own products the discounts for longer term members etc Response times aren t what they used to be but they are reasonably active on social media so any issues and I tend to go there first There are some real bargains to be had in some of the special events e g style box even if the quantities of the good stuff are pretty limited

A great selection

After a poor start when the wrong collection was sent and I had to go to the trouble of returning the wrong box before the correct box was sent I was very happy with the contents I have to admit customer service was good with regards to returning the original box but it was a bit annoying that this was incorrectly sent in the first place I have been very pleased with all the products that I have tried so far and have passed on a few to my daughter who was also very pleased with them

Pity Would love to give 5 stars but

Pity Would love love to give 5 stars backfeed but as received not all items from The British Beauty Showcase box cannot Though love the concept and will again order with optimistic hope that all will be in order

Excellent value

I ordered the glow edit and think it was excellent value for money Several products from good brands and I m excited to try them out My only slight criticism is that delivery did take quite a while but otherwise happy and will consider buying other boxes in the future
