They take your money as soon as you click buy but they are extremely slow to deliver I ordered 1 item 06 11-2019 and should expect delevery max 3 weeks later - 5 12-2019 I wrote to them a couple of times and got an useless answers no we didn t unlawfully charge your creditcard we are busy but was promised the item would ship 7 days later - Today 21 01-2020 I finally got the item All-In-All Stay the hell away from them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY placed a order for a hood Took 48 from me and still haven t received my item Have emailed many times with NO reply Scaming rob dogs Wish I had seen these reviews before buying Please don t get cought like we didUPDATE- I did eventually receive the item but only after I told them I had reported them to the bank No communication received just item arrived

Extremely angry placed an order on the 1st of June 2021 Received an email stating order has been accepted amazing Their site states Stock items are usually despatched within 3 to 5 working days Out of stock items or those that require manufacture may take approx 10 to 14 working days We are always happy to provide stock situation upon request The item I ordered was in stock and not required manufacture So I believe my item should have been sent and received by now It s now been 12 days since my order and I ve sent multiple emails I ve not received any response and still no update if the order will be sent or not They say orders can be cancelled within 7 days of placing yet you can t contact anyone to cancel your order so its a lose lose situation Glad it was a cheap item I ordered but seems extremely fishy that this company are still taking payments but not sending items Always read reviews before your purchase anything this experience for me has reinforced that statement Order at your own risk

I wish I had seen the other reviews first Does not respond Did not inform me of any thing I waited for their 14 day period Its now 28 days No emails no products I am now reporting them to the bank as a fraudulent operation My advice DO NOT use them Is there a rating of less than one star
