I used a student discount code and all looked good upon check out Then I checked my bank statement and I had been charged the full price With no reason to keep the code as it showed as working I had no evidence to provide them that I deserve the partial refund for the student discount code I d used However I did provide them with my student discount profile which generates all the codes it is the same one they themselves have linked on their site StudentBeans They instead offered to let me use a code of a lesser value after re-purchasing the coat which meant I would have two large coat withdrawals on my bank statement for a time I don t have that kind of money to play with I now just want a full refund and to call it a day

shoes did not come in a box but were just plastic wrapped causing the shoe to have less than satisfactory condition the shoe was still too small even though it was bought a size bigger Wanted to exchange or return or refund but no response after a few weeks tried emailing them on the website and different emails but no response bought the shoe twice and the first one was fine and fit someone else so gave it away

The quality of the shoe was good but they sent the wrong color

Good I love the soft down coat It is so warm and so beautiful Great deal for the price I actually bought another one in a different color Bad It takes a long time to receive anything The items just seem to keep getting stuck as they move from China to the U S I expect to get the second coat by the end of February If you want really nice puffer coats jackets they have them Just be prepared to wait

I ordered a bag It took around a month to finally arrive during which time I had one email apologising for the delay The bag didn t really look anything like the one I ordered It is ok and I am keeping it mainly because I expect it ll be very difficult to return for a refund I will not order anything from them again and if I d have looked at the reviews I wouldn t have placed this order

Don t worry they re legit They just take forever to deliver Took a month for me when they said 2 weeks Search for the tracking number in your spam or trash- they send it to you but it usually ends up there Good quality but be sure about ur sizes because good luck contacting customer service or anyone to help you return exchange

It s a dropshipping website so beware it took over a month to receive my package Luckily nothing went wrong in the process I kept seeing that the customer service was bad I m just glad the loafers fit and that I don t have to return them the quality is surprisingly good I hope they ll last a long time

So I was nervous because after placing my order I saw all these negative reviews and thought great there goes my money However I bought a pair of boots and they actually did arrive in the right size about 14 days after I ordered them - I was shocked after seeing all these reviews They probably aren t as high of quality as they should be for the price but they were pretty much otherwise as advertised Maybe I just got lucky and given the other reviews and general website prices I won t be buying from here again but maybe there is hope you re not being totally scammed
