Awful experience
I ordered a Christmas sweater for 45 and my payment went through but they told me they did not receive the payment as they had an error in their system If they had an error in their system that is not my fault and I should be eligible to a refund but they emailed me saying I have to apply for one through PayPal I then said I could not apply for one and asked will I eventually receive a refund even if it takes time and they stopped responding to my email and ignored me So becuase their system has an error that made me lose my money
