Ordered some new feet for chairs that have been kept outdoors for over 3 years I bought more than I needed as it was cheaper to do this and I ve now got extras for the future The chairs are still in excellent condition I m still really delighted with the quality The new feet arrived quickly

Quick delivery

Quick delivery Issue with the purchase price Added 200 in the total I spoke to the manager on the Saturday who said he looked at the price on his phone there wasn t a problem I rang back spoke to a young man who said they were aware of a glitch in the order process would be rectified on the Monday by the IT guys Honestly always prevails in the end

The assembly instructions could be clearer with regard to leaving nuts for the base lose until you can fix it to the top However overall good value for money and a friendly helpful team

Good customer service

Our original chairs deteriorated badly over time and paint increasing came off in long strips Lazy Susan were very good with their response to us and have replaced the chairs Our table was fine

First class after sales service

nearly 2 years ago we bought a table and 8 chairs After 18 months the paint finish on the chairs started to flake off significantly I called Lazy Susan to ask what I could do to remedy this They requested a photo of the chairs told me they were covered under warranty and sent us 8 replacement chairs I would rather not have had the problem in the first place but Lazy Susan s response was first class Very happy
