Order 9101 My Table and four chairs arrived today they are absolutely fabulous look fabulous and feel fabulous thank you very much a really happy customer We paid extra for the table to be assembled and whilst it was a easy job I was happy that I didn t have to bother The photos on the website reflect the goods that arrived exactly and the customer service was fab when I had a query over the table cover size well done and thanks again

Excellent experience all round

The delivery company called in the morning of the delivery to give us a time window and they were very helpful even though it was getting dark The furniture is lovely solid and attractive looking It replaces our original 25yr old set and looks very swish All we had to assemble was the table - but it really didn t take long and is as solid as a rock I made an enquiry Luxus about the home assembly and he was reassuring and let me know the chairs were already assembled and the table wasn t too difficult - and he was right We are very happy with the service delivery and product

Exceptional customer service and great delivery experience

We ordered a 6-seater extending table order 8058 We were notified that the item was on back order and therefore would take a couple of weeks to arrive but if we didn t want to wait were offered an alternative shape table which would be delivered within the week Customer service was exceptional - they responded to both emails and calls immediately and were able to arrange really quick delivery once we d confirmed we d take the other shape Items were exactly as described and great quality for the money We were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely order from them again

ORDER 9173 I ordered the round 120cm table and chairs set I am very impressed with the quality The folding table is rock solid so no worries about wobbling and the workmanship of the chairs and table is amazing I have also in the past ordered the sun-lounger again top quality item very high quality teak very happy with all of it Good communications and both orders delivered in less than a week Good company will order again and recommend to friends

The customer service has been excellent The table I bought had a problem and I reported this to customer services I had a reply the same day offering to replace the table no problem I asked for it to be assembled for me It arrived a few days later and was very efficiently assembled No problems no hassle
