Low performance platform for trading

Lbank platform is very hard to use compare to Binance Crypto com and also when needed of tax report has to contact customer service that requires ridiculous things to take a selfie with the date and the photo ID Much more with the person I chatted to named Kobe The unprofessional and rude Lbank needs alot of change band update to compete with other platform if they want to stand out Otherwise they will keep losing customer due to inconvenience and rude people they hire

Ghosting and not serious

No experience of buying currency from them but they asked for a photos and promotional video We started with their requests but in the middle of the process they stopped responding Months later we still have the ideas on our table - for nothing Ghosting and not serious at a high level Not good

Scam the fees are insane Try to find something else another option Went to livechat to ask for my account be deleted after i got scammed even complained and they cant even do that asked me a bunch of stuff that its not even available and i didnt want to bother to go and look in my wallet because its not available on their website or my account history
