This company try any tactics do bully people out of money when they have no grounds whatsoever Even when speaking with them they try any emails they can within the business with their threatening behaviour Thankfully we have now been able to take it further and will be bringing their joke of a business to peoples attention for fraudulent claims

Scam got the letter warning about the outstanding debt with HMRC tax credit Was not receiving one for years now and also have access to my online account with HMRC where I get access to any information I need- easy to check Annoying scam somebody have to press the charges towards such companies like that please let me know where to turn to and I ll do

What an appalling company
Otherwise known as LCS Colton Leeds LS15 9LNWhat an appalling company I received a letter asking for settlement of a bill for Scottish Power gas that has nothing at all to do with me The gas bill is for a flat in a block where I once owned and lived in a completely separate apartment with completely separate front door utility service meters I moved from that block of flats two years ago but this appalling company somehow got hold of my current address some 70 miles distant Just a fishing expedition bullying behaviour I phoned clarified the situation and asked for written confirmation that this debt is not mine It seems they can bully but not have the courtesy to confirm withdrawal of that bullying I will NEVER be a customer of Scottish Power never never never or any company that uses such disreputable debt collectors I have absolutely NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS DEBT and do not want my name and address on their IT system

Scam hmrc letter
Scam They sent letter behalf of HMRC asking money that owed I never owed money to HMRC in all my life I checked with HMRC they said I am not owed I sent them details and picture of letter Please contact HMRC immediately and complain about it PS This is my exprience I don t know about legitimacy of company There may be another scammer using this company name Be cautious Never make payments before contacting

Sent a threatening letter saying I owe nearly 12 000 for gas supply to a property I ve never owned or lived at They just accuse anyone they can of owing money it seems and then force you to correct them for them not doing any checks to make sure they have the right person

Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 stars I was being chased for a Thames water bill from 2019 when I moved out 8 years ago They ask to confirm my personal information before they even talk to you Seems they purchase debts in hope of making profit LCSDR didn t check their facts before bombarding me with letters

I keep getting text messages and calls
I keep getting text messages and calls from a lady claiming that she is from this company it is always the same lady even if I call the number back 03445439103 and she act like she has never talked to me and do not recall our previous conversation Initially she told me that she is contacting me on behalf their client Scottish Power and asked for my personal details that I refused to provide I asked her for the reason of the call and she refused to provide me any further information Today she even refused to confirm the details of the company she is contacting me on their behalf I have reported the phone number to OFCOM on 7726

THEY GET THINGS WRONG AND CANT BE BOTHERED
Rang and spoke to Ayaaz after my 18 yr old grandson received a letter saying he owed 2412 81 to HMRC for a self assessment bill he has never completed a self assessment They confirmed that there was a difference in the date of birth but that meant he couldn t complete security check and therefore we should call HMRC to rectify He was very rude and couldn t be bothered to help This threatening letter caused distress to my grandson We are currently dealing with HMRC as this was issued in error Someone with same initials different d o b shame on both HMRC LCS Why are HMRC even using this company

A company that does intimidation bullying and harassment
An absolutely awful attitude with threatening letters sent all the time with total disregard for the facts and circumstances Chased by LCS on behalf E ON for an estimated debt of app 175 00 while the actual debt turned out to be app 24 00 It is hard to say who was worse and more useless LCS or E ON It is amazing how these institutions get away with intimidation bullying and harassment of innocent people Shall be lodging a formal complaint with FSA LCS case reference related to this review is 36794713 The date below is the last date of communication with LCS
