My encounter with the Church began in Feb 2019 when my granddaughters and I were approached by two Sister Missionaries We talked a bit and set up a lesson for later At 1st I was only interested in learning more about the Church I was skeptical about several aspects The Sisters brought Church members to each of my lessons I was impressed by their unwavering belief in The Book of Mormon I was still skeptical but was intrigued by the Plan of Salvation At my next lesson an Elder told me that if I found one thing to be true there was no reason to believe the rest was not also true Then one of the Sisters challenged me to read one chapter of the Book of Morman and pray about it I did and felt moved I examined my doubts and found evidence to support that my doubts were not valid The more people i met the more convinced i was that this was the Church for me I began attending in April and was baptized in July My life has changed for the better I think and act with far less negativity I have learned to be more accepting of others and their opinions I no longer consume alcohol or drink coffee I promote the Sabbath day I have seen no evidence of anyone being anything but welcoming to everyone who enters Yes there are rules but each is for the members benefit I would recommend anyone seeking salvation give this Church a serious look

Religion is a creation of man Faith is the most important aspect to someones salvation and this website does a great job helping us find our way

Been a member for 55 years love to

Been a member for 55 years love to study other religions I can tell you from research and study and most importantly the witness from the HOLY GHOST that this is the only true church upon the earth We have a true prophet upon the earth again I thank our Heavenly Father that I have this in my life

The Lord Is My Light

Ever since I joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2016 life has only gotten better while they accepted me as who I am everyone else neglected me just because I m autistic I have been given opportunities to share my talents and serve others Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints show great care for me and generously given up their time to help me in times of need I have seen the church lead so many service projects to help people like Refugees donations of food and clothing Experiences in The House of the Lord the temple are so reverent peaceful and spiritual As I have done my best to keep sacred covenants made in the temple the windows of heaven have remained open My experience studying the Bible The Book of Mormon and the D Cs with the Holy Ghost has given me a spiritual witness that God is our Heavenly Father Jesus Christ is our Saviour and Redeemer I can testify with a spiritual witness that Jesus is the Christ and He has restored His Church the everlasting gospel the priesthood to perform sacred ordinances and revealed The Book of Mormon to enlighten the world that Christ is the way truth and life I leave this with you in the name of Jesus Christ Amen

The church of jesus christ of later day saints is the true church

I am a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints and though I am still in primary ages 6-11 I love the church and believe it to be the true church of christ and I think those of you out there who don t believe in the church should go on youtube and watch the chosen it is very moving and sometimes funny

I m not here to ramble about my past experiences with the church were all moving forward here and I see MAJOR PROGRESSIVE IMPROVEMENT I am happy to call myself a member and I can truly say I believe in this church I m so incredibly happy to see such strong progression I m in awe I don t think I even have the words to describe how happy this makes me Job well done

This is a wonderful website to learn about the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints in action Announcements about General Conference weekly study and news about world events and concerns across the globe it helps me to come closer to Jesus Christ his Apostles and Prophets and making changes in my life to prepare for my family in eternity it helps me realize the power of the atonement is real and we can be healed of all of our afflictions pains sorrows Etc

Such an amazing church full of really nice people who seem very Christlike 100 would highly recommend The teachings and organization are consistent with the Bible and the church can be found pretty much anywhere globally So cool

I have been a life long member

I have been a life long member and though there will always be questions that arise I have found legitimate answers to those questions With 48 years of scrutiny I have come to the conclusion that this is the real deal The church really is run by revelation from Deity Anyone who gets offended here and gives a poor review is looking to be offended by something That being said all people would do well take advantage of the happiness and stability that comes from a commitment to this faith
