Awful and terrible conveyancing Steer Clear I recently purchased a property and used Legend Solicitors This is the second time I m using their service and in contrary to the previous one I had a terrible and stressful experience this time around I had to chase constantly to get a reply or even speak to the case worker I wasn t kept informed at any point and only after multiple chasers they would start working on our file They kept asking our seller solicitor irrelevant questions for couple of months which delayed our purchase and cost us more money at the end The ability to action anything in relation to the points raised was poor I found myself proactively actioning a couple of items in order to receive the desired outcome Well we eventually got there after six months of huffing and puffing to get it over the line Three months since the purchase has been completed and despite several chasers I still haven t received a completion statement or land registry documents Not even a reply to my emails As with many industries these days it s apparent that the employees are given hefty workload therefore impacting the quality of service I m afraid I cannot possibly recommend this company anymore They don t even have the courtesy to respond to emails If you enjoy the stresses of additional life admin and don t mind being out of pocket due to errors made proceed with their services Otherwise I d steer clear Legend Solicitors - If you require any details of the above I m more than happy to provide

NEW I recently attempted to purchase a property through them and unfortunately the experience was nothing short of a disaster From start to finish the service provided was poor and as a result my property purchase fell through The solicitor was unresponsive failed to communicate effectively and was generally lacking in attention to detail Deadlines were consistently missed causing significant delays in the process I would not recommend this firm to anyone as they showed a complete disregard for their clients and the important role they play in a property transaction A failed purchase is a huge disappointment but the level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by this conveyancing solicitor made the experience even more frustrating Save yourself the stress and choose a different firm for your property purchase needs File reference is RC 5087

A joke of a firm Buyers involved in our chain are using these so called solicitors who have no idea what they re doing Every enquiry raised takes 3-5 days to get a response as the case must be reviewed They have broke their own strict privacy conduct rules by giving out information to anyone who calls including myself and others who ring them fed up asking what is taking so long I only gave them the property address and they told me everything I wanted to know without even checking who I am or why I was calling I will be taking this further and reporting them but urge anyone considering using this awful company to save your money and go somwhere else We have had our moving date pushed back twice due to them please avoid

If I could give zero stars I would Our buyers are using this company and what should have taken 8 weeks maximum to complete is now getting on for 4 months Impossible to contact these people they don t appear to be doing anything and are clearly sitting on the case being totally bone idle They don t return emails or voicemails Our solicitors estate agent buyers and us are extremely frustrated with them Also their website looks like it was made by a toddler
