I am utterly perplexed at the google review score for Legend Solicitors Our experience with them has been extremely frustrating due to their poor communication and lack of responsiveness Throughout the conveyancing process we faced repeated delays and had to constantly chase for updates with promises of call-backs and emails that were never fulfilled Even at crucial stages such as contract exchange and completion we were left in the dark with no clear timelines or guidance on next steps causing unnecessary stress and threats from our sellers that they were going to pull out We also had to repeatedly request vital information including details on stamp duty payments and our tenancy in common arrangement which should have been proactively managed by them We raised our concerns twice in writing only for them to be dismissed with no meaningful resolution Now that the process is supposedly complete we are still left asking questions that should have been clearly communicated to us earlier While the transaction was eventually completed the lack of professionalism and communication made the process far more difficult than it needed to be If you value efficiency transparency and reliable service I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a solicitor

Avoid Legend Solicitors Extremely Slow and UnprofessionalWe started our house-moving process with Legend Solicitors in December and it has been a frustrating experience The process has been unnecessarily delayed due to their lack of professionalism and responsiveness Despite our continuous efforts to move things forward they rarely respond to emails or calls Our case handler Harikrupa has been particularly unprofessional taking excessive time for every step and showing little regard for our case When we raised concerns they simply stated they would take their own time showing a complete lack of urgency To put things into perspective my neighbours who started their process after us have already moved into their new home while we are still stuck in the middle of the process This speaks volumes about the inefficiency of Legend Solicitors If you re looking for a reliable and efficient solicitor for your house move I strongly advise against using Legend Solicitors Save your time money and peace of mind go elsewhere

Please do not go with this firm I lost my purchase because of this firm just cannot get hold of anyone they just don t care at all The incompetency of this firm is unbelievable

Our buyer is using this so called Legend Solicitors They are definitely Legend but for all wrong reasons Draft contracts from my solicitors had been send in end of April No response from Legends whatsoever no enquiries no communication nothing Only thing I ve heard when buyers tried to contact them - could the buyer ask me how many sets of keys I have - what the f k No chain sale has been unnecessarily dragged - buyers are left more or less homeless they have to rent property and pay by the week and I m on the brink of loosing my apartment for what I ve already paid deposit for Do not believe all the glowing reviews on google - they are most definitely fake Very very unprofessional company

I engaged legend and has to pass thru a terrible experience with Hari Krupa who lacks sensitivity about the subject communication and no enthusiasm for the case assigned I land up in sending reminders and escalation to the Director Arvind for the service but found no impact and perhaps that is the integrity of the work they do I got to slam my broker who referred Legend solicitors Never recommend this group to anyone
