Absolute joke off a company

I can t believe I just asked the financial support team to move my last payment after almost 3 years without missing any payments due to unforeseen circumstances They informed me that it would have an impact on my credit history I m just wondering why they call themselves a financial support team

Absolute joke off a company Contact is virtually impossible almost as impossible as getting an appointment with the GP in regards too obtaing something simple like a payment holiday as I ve been layed off from work and no money over Xmas until new job starts in January Takes three too four weeks for an agent too come back too reminding you how the credit system works and entering into a pay arrangement damages your credit score Yea cheers for that this really helps Marvelous I m surprised they ve not gonna more negative reviews too be fair

Awful company

Lendable were excellent on a previous loan however something has happened their end and I would definitely AVOID I applied for a pre approved loan on the 15th and they say the money will be in your account within 5 minutes to an hour 3 days later and my bank statements they requested are still waiting to be reviewed Customer service is non existent they don t reply to any emails and you cannot get through on the phone just on hold continually with music playing I ve now lost the car I wanted the loan for so have cancelled my application via email but haven t even had a response to that If you need money urgently I d go elsewhere as their claim of a quick deposit just doesn t happen Real shame as stated it used to be excellent

Awful company please read these reviews before going there impossible to get on the phone and there email system is unmaned There customer service is disgusting and i uave been hung up on and laughed at on the rare occasion i got through to anyone They also add fees to your loan that arent in the paperwork Please please avoid

Got a 1500 loan out and I ve been paying it back for years because of the extra interest and arrears they add on each month I understand interest is added ect that s the way a loan works but they add even more every month than the agreed amount and I owe more money now than the actual amount I took out considering I pay it back correctly every month and on time Also customer service is terrible Never get a reply and get threatening messages when like I said the payment is always made on time Worst thing I ever did was take this loan out it s ruining my life and robbing me blind Don t do it Not worth it for temporary financial help it s draining my bank account

Mis sold loan

I had read the small print and then read the contract and I cannot seem to find any where that this is a secured loan to my property I was absolutely horrified to be informed this was the case by my mortgage advisor I ve had a previous loan and I would never choose a secured personal loan It appears this loan terms and conditions where missold I will not be using lendable loans in the future nor will I be advocating this firm to others say

Terrable company and fire your employee Jessica complaints officer lazy and has ignored 5 of my emails asking for a simple breakdown I really didnt want to leave this review but your lazy ignorent employee had forced me to Still have had no response after waiting over a week and 5 emails

I ve had really bad experience with

I ve had really bad experience with this company today via clear score I was offered a loan under the pretense that it was pre-approved but it certainly wasn t What should ve taken minutes is dragging on for hours I suffer from bad anxiety and wouldn t of applied of I had realised the process was gonna be like pulling teeth

Nothing went wrong everything was

Slow service advertised as getting approval quickly getting money quickly The way they constantly ask for lots of different bits of ID confirmation of this and that etc just seemed like a very mismatched way of doing things instead of just doing everything at the start I ve had loans for bigger amounts with different companies in the past and the process has been much swifter and easier This just didn t impress me at all
