long time for approval check

It took ages to get all the stages to work well did notgo smoothly I even give up at one stage Went back the day after even then had to start again 5 times Did not think it would work but the day after the money was in my bank account

Took 6 days to get a reply about my loan told would hear back within hours Rang to enquire 49hours after and was told I would hear back soon Took almost a week since I put in for my loan to get it Never been like that before

I was very disappointed as I applied

I was very disappointed as I applied for debt consolidation I thought was topping up the loan and I was paying off the existing loan and starting a new one Instead I am worse off now paying two loans on different dates and paying double the money so definitely not helpful as I was thinking I was going to benefit from consolidating my debt

All very quick and efficient until you

All very quick and efficient until you actually need to contact them and make changes All I wanted to do was change the bank account that my loan repayments came from by direct debit For whatever reason Lendable decided this could not be done for my particular account a standard current account I have held for over 25 years despite several other companies not having any issues setting up direct debits on the same account on the same day They managed to make what should be an incredibly simple process complicated to the point that I gave up I ve had to leave my old bank account open so I could continue to pay them Bit rubbish really
