The service and shipping couldn t be

Good customer service and very speedy delivery They also sent a bag of cookies as a thank you which was a nice touch The only thing I d like added is a free trial lens service - I spent quite a lot of money on my lenses and they didn t suit me at all so it s money wasted Trialling a lens would really help with customer satisfaction

I LOVE THESE LENSES

The service and shipping couldn t be better quick and thoughtful The product is good-as in realistic-but remember the colors are solid so your eyes really will look as dramatically different as shown which maybe not what you want I will be ordering box no 3 trying to get the color right Maybe the biggest problem is the company is limited with prescription lens powers

happy and hopeful

I LOVE THESE LENSES I onky have 1 bad thing to say which I will say at the end But I have bought 3 pairs now hah I lost one of my pairs on halloween and im so sad They are so comfortable so realistic looking and arrived in 2 days I am shocked at how amazing these are The only thing I absolutely hate is how expesive they are 80 bucks for 1 pair of lenses I think 50 bucks is even too much for a pair of lenses but 80 other than that I loved them

Shipping was fast but Lenses were ripped

I have purchased several lenses on your site and have been pleased with all purchases however it can be challenging really being sure what they will look like on me color-wise because my eyes are more of a hazel and not brown which means the color payoff is a bit different I am looking for a light gray color that still looks natural So far can t find it so hoping you make something that is flattering to more of a natural hazel eye color

Received ripped and broken Lenses Shipping was fast and the contact lenses look very good and natural but unfortunately i opened the package after one month because I wanted to use them from spring to summer and I found out that the right lens was ripped and broken Now I contacted Lensme and asked them for a refund or new contact lenses the Service was very good and very kind as i received new contact lenses weich will arrive tommorow

My experience

The color was a bit lighter then I expected but the lens are beautiful I don t wear them very often just special occasions because I have extremely dry eyes and the lens make my eyes red after a while I will stick to my AirOptix Lens they are the only colored lens that I can wear long term But Lens me lens are nice pretty but NOT for a person with dry eyes

My experience was great Just wish that there was a rating on the comfort of the lens brands rating Love my lenses but i wish i had known how stiff the one most expensive pair was Also wish there was a way to receive demos on lenses to see how the colour truly looks before buying However the customer service is beyond exceptional Packaging also lovely and professional I d recommend this website 100

1st time customer

I have brought contacts a few times of here and I absolutely love the colors and the natural appearance However I am a little disappointed with my last purchase The lenses seemed to have shrunk and dont fit my my eyes as they should do I know it s not me as I have several packs which fit perfectly so this is my reason for the 4 stars If they fit it would be a 5 star rating

Impressively fast delivery

1st time customer Website is clear and easy to order Emailed customer service was fast and very helpful Shipping was fast also My packaging arrived in very poor conditio but the contacts Inside were not damaged I ve seen a few unboxing and have friends that routinely order from Lens me and have never seen a problem with damaged packaging

Very reliable service

The delivery was incredibly fast From Dubai to The Netherlands in less than a week The colour blue grey is a bit disappointing but it does cover my dark brown eyes The box is very pretty a real treat to open The little oreos were a fun surprise but I would have preferred something to keep the lenses in instead I do recommend this company and will order here again
