had the worst experiences with lens me customer service all lier s taking money from people and not sending them the right order DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

The lenses are great The customer service is HORRIBLE I placed an order 11 12 21 which I received with no problem I placed another order on 11 21 21 lens me incorrectly sent this order to an address that I have not used in 5 years I have the order confirmation email that shows the correct shipping address After numerous calls to FedEx who told me the shipper needed to contact them numerous emails to lens me informing them of this and numerous times of them doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct their problem I had to dispute the charge with Amex providing them copies of all emails to get my money back I have gone from being a regular customer to being someone who will NEVER use them again

have received a faulty box of Solotica yearly lenses which has caused me a serious infection in my both eyes after trying them on for just a couple of hours I have contacted lens me and they refused to replace it or refund after 10 days of purchase My social responsibility tells me to point this out so you know what you are buying and putting in your eyes This has happened twice First time they replaced them with good and un-faulty lenses But 2nd time they refused to replace or refund Just heads up to be careful of what you put in your eyes if you find the lenses are thicker and harder than usual don t take the risk and try them on - I had been under medical treatment for 2 weeks just for trying them on for couple of hours as I was in a meeting and couldn t take them out until the meeting wrapped up which took me two hour or so to take them out to end up with a serious infection in my both eyes CAREFUL

7 days since I placed my order and it is still not out for delivery I contacted customer services who said despite me having to contact them once already and them apparently telling FedEx it needs to be shipped as an urgent request on Thursday on Monday it is still not out for delivery so I still won t receive it even today Refused to refund me my delivery charge despite the timeframe being 3-5 working days Customer service is awful the courier they use is awful I don t even believe they are a legitimate site anymore Avoid if in the UK

if there was 0 stars thats what they deserved I havent received my lenses and all they did was ask me to contact fedex No replament order or refund was offered I end up with no product and no money What a umprofessional way of dealing with customers

Contacts were so uncomfortable that I had to remove them immediately The color was not at all as pictured Customer service consisted of offering me 20 off my NEXT purchase Currently there is a site wide coupon for 15 off any purchase I have been wearing contacts for 19 years and they suggested I need to get used to wearing contacts I emailed them for days without any more resolution Do not put these in your eyes and definitely do not trust this company to give you decent customer service

This is the worst site I have ever shopped from in 15 years They will not help you if you have any issues with your order They sent me faulty lenses and when I contacted them about it they refused to accept a return despite me sending pictures showing the lens covering almost half my pupil and blocking vision so I could not wear them at all I then opened a paypal case against them and they agreed for me to return it but provided an incorrect return address The parcel ended up being returned to me and the paypal case was closed in their favour They are scammers

I order solotica from lensme every year but I m not happy about what I received this time i order 3 Colors avela ice and graphite solotica colors are changed for bad way looks cheap and uncomfortable very bad quality I will never buy this brand anymore it s horrible

I bought the Amazonia Soltica lenses These are the worst eye contacts I have ever bought they are very uncomfortable one of the lenses is defective there is something coming out in the lens you don t see it in your eye but when you where you feel it i couldn t wear them for more than 5 min They are very expensive and not worth the buy

I have been a regular customer for sometime The last two packets of lenses I bought chipped before the end of the month Not just that the last lenses were extremely painful since day one I contacted customer services which suggested I d put the lenses soaking for 48h in the solution and so I did Turns out they simply had tiny scratches that led to chipping and I am left now with what looks like a permanent sore blood vessel and most definitely I am not buying from them again clearly they went cheap cause they used to be very good
