Outstanding customer care very nice lenses

Being a relatively new customer I can attest to lens me having consistently outstanding customer service I have placed several orders since August 2021 Any issues that arose i e with the lenses themselves had been promptly and respectfully resolved by their team to my satisfaction every time Very pleased with all of my contact lenses now overall Extremely fast shipping from Dubai to Canada I will continue to order more lenses based on my confidence and trust in their customer service alone Thank you especially to Hadeel Diana Stephanie Marielle for their exceptional care 5 5 would recommend

Really great experience

Okay so this was my very first time ordering colored contacts lenses or even using contact lenses I ordered the Solotica Hidrocor lenses no prescription and I was super nervous about it I was worried about long shipping times I was worried about the quality of the products put it simply I was a nervous wreck Well let me just say this experience with lens me was fantastic The lenses arrived way more swiftly than I imagined They come packaged very professionally I wasn t concerned with the quality of the product AT all My package also came with a handwritten notecard from Dhessa which I thought was so cute and thoughtful and attentive I will definitely be ordering more colored lenses from lens me this was such a calming and comforting experience with absolutely no problems at all

Delivery was excellent

Delivery was excellent less than 7 days to New Zealand Lenses are lovely I will be back for another pair My first time to try both Bella and Solotica lenses and I am happy with both pairs Sandy Grey from Bella and Natural Colors Ocre if you are interested to know the ones I bought Packaged really nicely too

This is my first time to order lenses through a website I like how easy is the website and how I can choose the color or brand and other specific things easily Their customer service is good and their staff is really friendly where there is a lady wrote for me a note by hand and its really made my day

Excellent company

Finally a reputable retailer selling authentic lenses I am very happy and would recommend then to anyone They re in Dubai but I didn t have to pay any additional taxes as I guess they were included at checkout - very convenient and a must 10 10

Awesome awesome awesome

This is not my first time ordering from you guys but my first time making a review and I must say you never FAIL me Listen I ordered the Jade and it s one more I can t think of the name right now but the jade I absolutely love I have really dark eyes and their light and they look amazing and the other friend solitica that I ordered also extremely light and the fact that they went on my eyes and you can see any darkness amaze me I absolutely love love love that brand

The best company for lenses hands down

With Express shipping they came the next day in a lovely sturdy box extremely well presented it was like opening a gift plus a free packet of Oreos The lenses are legit straight from the manufacturer I order two pairs of the Solotica Aquarelle range which are extremely comfortable they are extremely soft and gel like I can barely feel them Can wear them for long periods of time As standard make sure you buy some good quality eye drops to refresh your eyes Ignore the bad reviews if you clean them properly like you should before and after each wear you will have no problems I would definitely recommend this company Thanks a bunch
