Support does not work no tracking nr received
1 The company does not provide support in a direct dialogue way such as phone call There is no telephone support As a buyer I must waste my time to write emails which are typically only partially answered Issues are simply ignored in the answer 2 For over a year now I buy from Le Sac with delivery to Germany I have at least 20 orders I cannot track my orders not even one of it I receive a link and a number but if I use them I only get an error message This is known for over a year now but nothing is done 3 In Order history on the Le Sac shop I found two consecutive orders with same shipping address although each order had to be sent to a different person I requested Le Sac to verify where each product was shipped and make the correction in the Order Hystory Instead of making sure that each order was correctly sent to the recipient that I entered in the order the support person told me to verify myself what each recepient received No correction was done in Order Hystory 4 Typically for each small problem I must write 4-5 emails because I first receive answers beyond the point and I have to repeat my question for several times It is absolutely necessary for Le Sac to provide support over the phone and have support persons that really understand English Else it is a waste of time for us customers 5 One of my orders a Guess bag was of very poor quality and arrived to the recepient already damaged The retour was at least taken care of by Le Sac but it is a disappointment that the merchandise is of poor quality
