I bought a beautiful eternity ring from these and was very pleased with how they dealt with my order i was informed when it was being shipped and when to expect it it was beautifully boxed with a hand written note with my message on The ring was to small so I phone them and they said to post back with required size which I did they told me they had received it and sent out new one so really happy with service through my experience I would 100 percent recommend

I highly recommend this company I had some trouble with the no rush option and in the end just selected the free next day option The ring is beautiful but idiot that I am I didn t get my ring size correct I rang customer support who were so helpful and gave me a couple of options I chose to return and reorder My order went through at 13 05 but as I was on a call with them they approved it for next day All in all from ordering reordering to wearing it took three days That s good service I would be very happy to order from this company again and I love that they are a family business too as I prefer independent businesses
