Escape lockdown even for a moment

I ve been interested in VR experiences for the last couple of years especially those that don t have a high cost barrier to entry Thanks to the easy setup and great smartphone compatibility Let s Explore have delivered a quality product at a great price With everyone currently sat in lockdown I highly recommend this little opportunity for a bit of gentle escapism

Bought as a Christmas present for my 10

Bought as a Christmas present for my 10 year old son unfortunately on the day we could only find 1 phone that was compatible with it so my son tried it out using his Uncle s phone for the day Today I emailed the support team to explain the problem and they have been extremely helpful in finding a solution They emailed me a link that worked for my android phone and we are up and running now I have a very happy boy I can highly recommend the device as well as the technical support Excellent service

Exactly what we hoped for and more Enjoyed by and amazed grandparents parents and it s 9 year old recipient So easy to set up and use - you do need a smartphone to use this though so definitely read the info carefully

Absolutely fantastic So clever It s educational without being too much that way that it s not seen as a fun thing to do So immersive and interactive Our son loves it Me too actually

This is an amazing product My phone HUAWEI Mate 20 pro is sadly not compatible however my partners Apple iPhone 10 is and the device worked perfectly So much fun and really fascinating I note a lot of people giving really negative views because their phones are incompatible following an android update This is NOT the fault of Let s Explore so it makes no sense to rate it 1 star Just because you cant use it doesn t make it a bad product Blame android or your phone If it works for you and you still don t like it then give it a low score Use your heads My family love it and can t wait for further titles to come out Hopefully a dinosaurs one will be released one day

Great customer service

We bought this for our niece but before giving to her we thought best to test and set up the unit using our email the unit worked as expected and the experience was very impressive Upon transferring the account to our niece I made a admin error which caused the account to be locked I contacted the support team who were incredibly professional and helpful and after trying a couple of different ways to correct the issue they deleted the old account and sent through a new activation code with out any question or quibble and I m glad to say the new code worked straight Great tech for the intended target audience and great customer support
