Beyond useless
Useless disorganised and completely inept I ordered an AC unit with them via Amazon and the order updates they provided were so haphazard and suspicious I honestly thought they were scammers impersonating Lexent I queried through their support email but as I needed an AC unit as soon as possible I ordered another off their website 2 days later they finally got back to me and confirmed that their Amazon store was actually the real deal so I decided to go ahead with that order for next-day delivery and cancel the one direct from their website Except they wouldn t let me cancel that order They just wouldn t let me Even though there was at least 4 full days between me asking to cancel the order and them handing that unit to the courier they couldn t wouldn t tell their warehouse team the order was cancelled They shipped the unit to my house and I had to warehouse it for them for a month And it took a month because they botched the first pickup with UPS by arranging it without telling me and not sending the label I was supposed to put on the box then just ignoring my requests to take it for another 3 weeks Finally they sent some uncredentialed guy round in a hatchback to pick it up And to add insult to injury they charged me a 35 restocking fee for the order they wouldn t let me cancel And of course the original Amazon order wasn t next-day delivery it was next-week delivery and too late for the heatwave They are beyond useless And I just do not want to think about how it ll be if the unit breaks down under warranty

Really let us down when it mattered most
I ordered an aircon unit from Lexent via Amazon Prime I carefully checked the delivery date as some were not available for next day delivery even with Prime I ordered our unit on a wednesday in anticipation of a heatwave starting monday but also hoping to have it for what was already going to be a very hot weekend Checking the website tracking it says that the unit was given to the courier on thursday but the DPD tracking said they still hadn t received the item on saturday no other tracking info so that was useless We finally got the item on tuesday 6 days after it should have been delivered and at the end of the heatwave No communication from the sellers plus disinformation provided re couriers and tracking A very poor experience all round I m sure the unit is fine now I also have to install it in scorching heat but this review is regarding service

Lexent and B Q all together
I have purchased Lexent 9000BTU portable air conditioner via B Q The unit was only available for home delivery so we have decided to purchase this unit Within 2 days we have received message that unit is on the way to us just in time for hot days Literally day later we have received notification that Parcel Force sent the unit to a wrong delivery depot I thought that in the space of 1-2 working days the parcel force will send it back to where is supposed to be handed over in the first place The days went by and status of the item remained unchanged I have decided to contact B Q but they have redirected me straight to supplier They are very unhelpful I m down 200 no unit and no one is willing to refund me the money or send me the replacement unit If you think of buying stuff from these people please don t They don t have customer service and I don t know how to recover my money

Do not buy from this company Expensive rubbish They said its working with app but there is no possibility to connect it to your network Ni natter how many u reset this machine and try to connect to wifi its unsuccessfull So DO NOT BUY

Customer service is shocking
Been waiting 3 weeks for a mirror that was supposed to have been delivered within 3 days Last email I got was last week saying they had courier issues and it would be sent early this week I ve had no further communication from them and am being completely ignored when I email asking where my order is and when it will be shipped out Can t comment on what the product is like as I haven t received it Wouldn t use again

Faulty Product No Customer Service
Purchased a LEXENT AC1 SPRINT Heat Pump Portable direct from Lexent The unit leaked through the casing leaving condensate all over the carpet Tried a few things with the condensate connection but it still leaked so unplugged it and contacted the support email I have sent 4 emails and not had any response I have tried contact via facebook same lack of response There is no phone number posted on their website I will continue to attempt to try get any response from Lexent but would strongly advise people to avoid this company If you get a product that works and why shouldn t you then you are fine If you dont then you will lose your money Slightly frustrated at having to give them 1-Star UPDATE 10th October 2024Since i wrote my review in September I received an automated response telling me that they would get back to me with 2-5 working days the haven t 6 weeks later still no communication from them I continue to try to make contact but they clearly have no interest

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Absolutely abysmal customer service from both this company and debenhams I wanted to make a return and They don t respond to emails I called and spoke to a foreign man called Bruce who took the absolute mick and said they don t have a sales department and then hung up So unbelievably rude and uncalled for Will never purchase from them again

Bought a light fitting via B Q on line
Bought a light fitting via B Q on line with Lexent as a Verified seller Light was faulty and when I contacted Lexent via B Q they said to keep the light and they would send a replacement 3 weeks later they are not responding to emails and so far B Q are being hopeless B Q should not use verified sellers and are becoming juts like amazon where they are merely a distributor Avoid

I would highly recommend avoiding from Lexent Lifestyle though Debenhams After purchasing two items I requested a straightforward refund but they failed to respond for weeks When I eventually heard from Debenhams their solution was to continually ask me to wait for further updates with no clear resolution in sight To make matters worse I left a detailed review about my experience on Debenhams but it was never published on their website leaving potential customers unaware of the issues The lack of transparency and poor customer service makes it difficult to trust this company Try to avoid at all costs
