It was quick concise helpful and she was also patient Background - I called earlier in the morning and no one could help me I raised a ticket and no one had responded or called back until 4 40pm since morning I decided to call back just before 5pm Deji caught on quickly and helped me through the process It took less than 10 mins and I did not have to wait for long

Mark and Ham came to my venue to install and fix both staff and guest WiFi They were incredibly efficient and friendly throughout the process What really stood out was how they took the time to explain everything clearly making sure I understood how everything worked Their professionalism and excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free Highly recommended
