Finding my tictok but it works the other way my tick-tock leads my viewersto linktree

It has done nothing for me not one penny earned not sure I ever understand the app like what does it do because my tic-toc is the only reason anyone sees my linktree it should be the other way around so it s not a platform of any use I don t sell stuff I don t do e commerce i don t have a store so what good is it I want a store to make commission I just don t know what I am doing so I don t think this app has helped me

I love what you do I think it s a wonderful set up for artists like me It makes our lives slightly easier The problem I had and still do was I wasn t allowed to post it on my Instagram profile Hopefully waiting for a response

Wish I could manage multiple trees on one page

I really need an account where I can manage multiple linktrees for personal clients in one spot This is what stopped me from using this Is there a way to manage multiple in one spot If not I will probably revisit this but stopped when I realized I had to do this 5 times

Room for improvement

Linktree is a great and free service They offer a beautiful customisable landing page for all your links to social media etc The support team can be a bit dismissive and needs to improve their listening skills

Linktree is used by a scam artist

Linktree is used by a scam artist who sells her pictures and porn acts as free once subscribed By giving her a platform to capture subscribers who CANNOT turn off auto-renewal the scam artist commits fraud Once subscribed where everything should be free and accessible everything costs more to see It s a simple scam that Linktree provides a platform for Bad idea It took me great effort writing to Linktree amongst other to get out of the claws of this scam

The Linktree site was down for weeks before anyone responded

The problem - a Linktree problem not a user problem - was eventually resolved but it took way too long and I nearly gave up on Linktree completely while I waited weeks for a response After years of hard work from my side working on the content every time Linktree added a new feature I was ready to walk away and use one of their competitors The Linktree team needs to work on their service delivery and response times

Don t get me wrong

Don t get me wrong Linktree has helped me so much with my business But it s incredibly disappointing that they have turned into another company that only cares about money Charges 10 a month to access the simplest of features whereas google does all of it for free Linktree has chosen greed over giving their customers good services

Concept excellent customer service poor

When people pay me through LinkTree I used to get a confirmation email from LinkTree This stopped after about 100 payments I ve spoken to multiple people at LinkTree via email and nobody can grasp what I m complaining about let alone fix it The concept of LinkTree tip jar is excellent and it s free just has a PayPal fee which is unbelievable

Banned for NO REASON Poor Customer Service NOW WITH UPDATE

We signed up to Linktree to use what we thought was a really interesting service - to amalgamate all our Social Media via one QR code - and after about 7 days maybe less - and after putting the QR code for our Linktree page on some of our artwork we were informed that our login had been withdrawn because Community Guidelines were broken If you check our Linktree page we are the Theatre on the QE2 in Dubai - it is still there but we can t edit it We appealed on 4th September 2023 and got one automatic reply virtually immediately and then silence since then despite 4 emails chasing We have no idea why we have been Banned - and we can see no community guidelines we have broken We are though getting almost daily emails from Linktree offering for us to upgrade to the Pro-Package - which leads me to think this is a data gathering scam I would not recommend this product to anyone and if I could give 0 stars I would UPDATE just got email reinstating so jury is out on service but answer 23 09 that they could find no Community Guidelines broken - so reinstating our login BUT that s a 19 day turn round
