They have a security leak Gave my info to a hacker and access to my account I tried multiple times to get in contact with support to recover my account And though i verified its my account they said to just make a new one and even tho the hacker is sayin the nword and r words on MY LINK TREE PRETENDING TO BE ME Support replied twice and has provided absolutely no help

Email Verification System Broke

Very bad experience on verifing my email They provided me a broken link I think it recorded my click and it s an blank page but they didn t it s a program loss They didn t provide a support easily in email or popup or anywhere And they just block my account from login and didn t delete it I see everyone using this but I can t I also can t pull another verification This is the most unavailabe and the MOST DIFFICULT biolink service I ever use I m unable to use I have a lot of accounts across the internet I think you are refuse give support here you re genius too

Banned for no reasonThey banned my accounts I had stating one or more links violated their community guidelines Having reviewed these guidelines I have not in fact dome anything against any community standards Customer Support provided no assistance and on appeal we got an automated answer providing no clarification or reason I have had the same account for several years promoting health and mental well-being products Luckily my clients are loyal and they told me about what linktree had done As they tried to access my services Do not use this company they have made changes for the worst

DO NOT USE WORST COMPANY SITE - EVER - FOR CREATING MULTIPLE LINKS It s a scam of a company There s ZERO support no way to actually message ANYONE at the company - AND - it s a nightmare trying to get 2 simple links on a their site - as they have all these BS regulations ex - if you want to generate url for a gofundme page and a paypal donation page - THEY WON T LET YOU There are SEVERAL other choices out there that allow your to create a URL for multiple links - made simple Use anyone else

I have had an account for years and I just discovered today that my account was blocked for violating Community Standards This was done with no warning and the only recourse was to appeal Which was a waste of time because they don t share with you which URL links were in violation and refuse to allow you to remove the URL link in question Basically I was told my account would remain deactivated I really feel like someone who had nothing better to do reported my account which sent a red flag

Extremely Disappointed with LinkTree s Service and Support

I recently had a very frustrating experience with LinkTree and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with their service and support I had been a loyal customer for some time but the way they handled my canceled subscription has left me extremely dissatisfied First and foremost I made sure to cancel my Pro subscription three days before the renewal date following the instructions provided by LinkTree However to my dismay I was still charged for the subscription This blatant disregard for my cancellation request is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company s commitment to customer satisfaction In an attempt to resolve the issue promptly I reached out to LinkTree via email Unfortunately their lack of responsiveness was shocking Despite sending multiple emails I received no reply whatsoever It is deeply frustrating to be ignored by a company when seeking assistance especially after being charged erroneously Hoping for a more immediate resolution I then turned to LinkTree s online chat support Regrettably my experience with their chat support was equally disappointing Despite repeated attempts their representatives never answered my inquiries It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of support and communication from a service provider To summarize my encounter with LinkTree has been marked by bad service erroneous charges and an inability to communicate with the company These issues are not only frustrating but also reflect poorly on LinkTree s commitment to customer satisfaction I strongly advise potential users to exercise caution when considering LinkTree as their service provider Based on my personal experience I cannot recommend their services due to the lack of support unresponsiveness and erroneous billing practices that I encountered I sincerely hope that LinkTree takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their customer service and support It is crucial for companies to prioritize open communication and rectify issues promptly to maintain customer trust and loyalty

Linktree charged my card after I canceled before the trial ended I have proof but they blocked my account preventing me from logging in or removing my card This sets me up for another unwarranted charge next month These people are clearly committing fraud Stay far away from this deceitful company now my bank wants me to change my card and i have to pay fee for that as well because these losers fraud people now they are not replying to emails as well they don t have a proper support team even after doing these fraudulent transactions they are unable to hire a support team i think a single fraud man is running this pathetic company
