My first viewing with Linley and Simpson was with Spencer I was a little on the fence about the property and had plans to do viewings for the rest of the week Spencer gave me some great tips and key questions to ask during my viewing processes with other agencies these would make navigating the search so much easier Fortunately later in the afternoon of my first viewing another property became available with L and S I appreciate them emailing me re this Spencer gave the heads up For my budget the new place was everything I needed and have agreed a let currently tying a few loose ends but hopeful everything will be finalised soon
