A real pleasure to deal with We visited their store 3 times to make sure we were sure which sofas and chairs to buy Very pleased that they had a variety of depth of sofa seating as we are buying for both lounging as well as sitting up options Love the range of colours although would have liked some more mixed patterns Easy going staff relaxed gave us space and knew the answers to our questions Thank you to Alfie and others in the Chiswick branch Bought over the phone with Josh equally helpful Looking forward to receiving all 4 new items

Really pleased
I ve bought quite a few things from Loaf in the past and I have always been really pleased Everything is very good quality and they are a nice company to deal with from customer services to delivery The Margot bed is absolutely lovely and the mattress is very comfortable I am delighted with both

Visited the Guildford store twice
Visited the Guildford store twice - both times all staff very helpful and informative Helped us finalise our decision Called customer services for a minor order amendment and again call centre staff great - due a minor refund that was processed straight away So far so good Now waiting for the sofa to arrive in about 4 weeks time

Great stylish furniture
Great stylish furniture - have ordered a large pudding sofa and large cushion - they have yet both to arrive - it would be nice to have some idea on when they might arrive at time of order and updates for when I should expect them into my home I am very excited to receive them
