A perfect sofa for my room I like this 4-seater sofa but when i ordered it inventory of the item on the website was just 1 I ordered in hurry still i guess i missed the chance I was very upset when i did not hear from the company about tracking for 2 days thinking that i will not receive the item I immediately called and happy to hear the positive and polite response from the representative that it is still in the warehouse and reserved for me However due to some issue carrier did not picked the item from the warehouse Now it s clear that i will receive the item sooner I got surprised when i received the item within next 4 days after having a word with you Thank you team Great work done by you

I loved this sofa very much My kids play and sleep on it comfortably It is value for money One thing i want to more add is there customer service team as i am highly impressed with them I forgot to enter the coupon code and later realized it I e-mailed the team about it and within couple of minutes i got an e-mail from the team that it has been applied manually to my account I really appreciate their products and services

I like your beautiful collection and color variants of products I ordered a sofa just a week ago for my son Earlier i was worried about delivery as i read various reviews about delay in delivery and one more reason for my worry was the weather condition in my area As i was eagerly waiting for it i reached out to the customer support team because i did not hear anything from last 3 days apart from one message regarding tracking number which was not traceable Your team is very understanding and supported a lot by providing the exact details This helped me a lot however as the weather was worse here so it was held up at the FedEx destination city for 2 days and when they delivered it my son was very happy to see the surprise Finally when my son came back from school and sat on the sofa he was amazed with the quality Thank you to your manufacture and your whole team for manufacturing this amazing item and taking responsibility for timely delivery

So they have a store on ebay same logo definitely them Should you purchase a sofa or probably anything for that matter with any weight to it they cancel it should you live too far They offer free shipping so when they saw that I live across the country they cancel the order They did it once and claimed that the sofa didn t pass quality control inspection First off they re made in China so what do you expect Louis Vuitton grade material So that s nonsense Not only that but they still have the same sofa up for sale which means they have many more they could have chose from So I found another sofa I liked that they were selling decided to give it a shot It was labor day weekend found sales everywhere but this sofa seemed decent for the price and the reviews on ebay Not sofamania reviews but actual reviews of the sofa quality Anyway I told them about the sales here asked them to NOT cancel this order as I would miss the sales here as well if they did So they canceled Yep the next day Now the sales are over and I m still stuck with no sofa that I ve been waiting to buy for months now So I m going to do my best to warn people not to buy from them Jokers I ll also be contacting the BBB You guys stink I also wanted to include this which I found on the BBB CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESSPattern of Complaints The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the amount of inquiries we have received According to BBB files consumers allege receiving damaged or defective items from your website Consumers also allege not receiving their orders in a timely fashion Furthermore consumers allege not being able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds On August 15 2018 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received On August 16 2018 the company responded stating they were aware of the issues causing their pattern of complaint and are in the process of alleviating their current pattern of complaint The company is currently implementing new staffing departments to help cope with their new growth enforcing quality control in two points China and the USA and establishing stronger accountability with their delivery partners Your Better Business Bureau will continue to monitor their complaints
