Fantastic hotel Great food with a lovely selection Superb and friendly staff Could not fault anything about this holiday

Excellent start to finish

From the pick up at 5 30 on Saturday till the drop off at 21 30 the following Friday it was perfect you couldn t fault itThe drivers were very knowledgeable and all had a good sense of humour making journeys interesting The hotel staff were attentive helpful and very friendly a good crowd Food was excellent with a good varied choice and the entertainment was very goodThe only change I would suggest is the supply of toilet paper which many guests mentioned it was awful

The hotel was lovely in a beautiful location all the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much The driver John was full of knowledge and an excellent driver Great entertainment four out of the five nights As a solo traveller I met so many lovely people I had an amazing holiday

All the staff at the could not have been more helpful and courteous including all the coach drivers the only thing I think could be improved was the time at some of places we visited like Sterling I did not find Luss very interesting I think it was overrated but that might just be me otherwise couldn t complain about anything food was really good the accommodation was good and the bar prices were reasonable

Great hotel staff good and plentifull food Andy our driver a class act first class tours My room was lg twin Very clean tv mebey a tad small bathroom everything you could need lock view beds good mine a little on the hard side but I like soft to med Recommend Big Yes
