I ordered two flat pack lockers I phoned up as I wanted the next day delivery but wanted to know if the courier arrived when out if they would leave them in a safe place The person I spoke to was really helpful checked who the courier was and confirmed that they would do that I ordered leaving instructions on my order form The courier phoned me on delivery and left in safe place as instructed Super service and a great product I bought for my daughters bedrooms they are super easy to assemble and make a great storage feature Fantastic service Would use again

During lockdown like many people we decided to do some home improvements We went after the industrial look and thought lockers might be a nice change from the overflowing bookcase we had for years Also we could be flexible and use the lockers for storing hoodies and hats swimming gear sports bags etc We trailed through many websites but we kept coming back to Lockertek each time We were apprehensive at first as it was a big order for us 3 lockers from a company we had never heard of before and we were based in Kerry Ireland We took the chance and we were supported every step of the way by the wonderful Nicola Her service was second to none and though we were many miles away her quick and comprehensive responses made it feel as if we were doing business with someone down the road We received the lockers yesterday and we are more than pleased with them We would highly rate Lockertek

I had issues with an order i placed online stating that a courier was not available to deliver to my country but a quick phone call rectified this matter The customer service was excellent Delivery next day for some items and 2 days for replacement keys I would recommend anyone to use this company Well done Lockertek
