The service and product are great but when it arrived it was damaged in two places hence the 3 stars Luckily the damage isn t that noticeable where it has been positioned on the wall or it would have needed replacing

Fast deliveryThe packaging needs to be upgraded or more care given My parcel was not sealed inside the DPD plastic bag therefore the contents went everywhere Two tears in the DPD bag meant that some of my order could have easily gone missing Fortunately this did not happen and my order was complete

We needed a next day delivery from DPD which we paid extra for compared to Royal Mail but they didn t arrive next day which was a bit frustrating
