I had issues with an order i placed

I had issues with an order i placed online stating that a courier was not available to deliver to my country but a quick phone call rectified this matter The customer service was excellent Delivery next day for some items and 2 days for replacement keys I would recommend anyone to use this company Well done Lockertek

Too Class Service

Ordered a lock as a replacement for the one in my works locker and it was ideal Exactly like the one I was replacing Reasonable price although delivery stung a bit although now that I think about it I probably shouldn t have went for next day delivery so my bad

Big enough to cope small enough to care

I ve placed several orders with Lockertek now they re very helpful when you don t quite know what you need and supply is prompt Excellent all-round service They go the extra mile on even the smallest order

Lockertek - Helpful Friendly

Needing to replace some locks on inherited lockers we placed the order with Lockertek Received the order the following day but we had unfortunately ordered incorrect locks Lockertek were happy for the locks to be returned and new locks dispatched The correct locks arrived in no time Great service and a great company to deal with - even if it was our mistake

Great customer service

I needed to order some replacement keys and i called this company and spoke to a lady called Nicola she couldn t have been more helpfull if she tried customer service like this is really rare and gave a fantastic cost effective service highly recommended

Once again a fantastic service

Once again I have received a fantastic service from Lockertek I was in need of a new safe and very quickly I was given great advice by the lady in the office Nicola who was very knowledgeable and polite and the delivery was very fast Most certainly recommend this company and with definitely be using them again Thanks

Very helpful with all my enquiries

I asked this company many questions regarding extra information about the technical side of my purchase and they answered every one within the day and if honest the bulk of questions within an hour When my large order arrived as promised everything was perfect enabling me to complete the job in hand I have personally thanked them so I m glad to give my honest review

Excellent customer service

We have used Lockertek for a number of years to supply lockers and changing room benches for our school projects Whilst helping to unload our recent delivery our site team damaged a couple of bench feet I contacted Lockertek to ask if I could purchase replacements but was told they would supply them free of charge and they arrived within a couple of days Excellent customer service

exceptional customer service and care

the customer service and help was invaluable speedy and constant despite being busy They answered all my questions and advised me in a way that enabled me to order correct items that were exactly what I needed as identical item was no longer available and in Locksmith land this is always a challenge they made my job extremely easy and they did it so quickly it was fantastic and I cannot stress how helpful this is when I am very busy as a locksmith and on-site security Literally lightning speed and when they were so busy they needed to get back to me they did either the same day or the next day or even the same day and the next day I m so delighted with the service and the products
