Great place

This was a great place to stay for a few days The home was immaculately clean and well decorated The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked Communication with Mikala was great and she was very attentive to the comfort my stay

A great option for affordable housing

We have had a great experience with Loftium the past year We are now able to afford a house in Portland that would otherwise be out of our price range I do wish they had a customer service number but they are very responsive via email for any questions we have

Highly recommend

Fantastic affordable experience The location was perfect for our first time touring the city so many transportation options very close and in a comfortable part of town My husband had a trouble sleeping one night with traffic from a major highway blocks away but it shouldn t be a very big issue unless you are a VERY light sleeper like he is The host was wonderful couldn t have been quicker to respond and helped make our vacation one of our favorites ever

Susan is a great host

Susan is a great host She was very consistent with the communication She asked if we needed anything and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction Her interaction was very respectful and friendly

Awesome spot

Mischell was great She even left toys for my son to play with during those idle periods that means a lot Her place was very clean very neat peaceful Great location I was only 15-20 minutes away from where I had to be throughout the duration of my trip She kept in great communication with me to make sure we were fine or if we needed anything that was super sweet Perfect spot Thank you again for your hospitality Mischell

Great find in Seattle

Great find in Seattle our stay here was great and we loved the local recommendations they provided It was very clean and well organized with plenty of extra supplies The communication was great they responded quick to our needs and were super friendly Would book again with them

This is LEGIT not a scam

When I intially saw the loftium home for rent at the price it was listed at I intially thought scam But I did my research and went through the application process very carefully and the more and more I spoke with Maggie Penn the more at ease I became with everything and the worries of this being a scam slowly evaporated She is very professional while also staying relaxed and answered any questions that I had with the application process and what to do while moving forward at every turn I m sure Loftium already knows what kind of employee they have with Maggie but if they don t hopefully this will show them And hopefully it helps ease the worry of any future applicant for Loftium
