Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support just like the other recent reviews my order still hasn t shipped Placed the order on the Dec 14th and still no update on my package I asked multiple times when my order is going to ship out and all I ve gotten were some vague responses

I wouldn t recommend

I do not recommend dealing with this site my shipment took a month did not receive I want a refund they claim that the shipment under their responsibility will arrive and did not arrive for now and no refund

No customer service at all

I ordered a Guerlain product on 15th May but I have not received it yet Meanwhile though the website showed that the order has been shipped no tracking number is provided What s worse I wrote a email two weeks ago to contact them but no reply And I wrote another email recently still no reply Bad services and won t buy again

I just ordered a certain product from them which has been confirmed I have emailed them multiple times asking for a timeframe for my dispatch and product queries but they don t even pay attention to my emails And I don t even know when or if I will receive my products or not

my order has been stuck on validated payment for 9 days i haven t gotten any update or anything

they didn t send the order

I made a purchase on December 20th payment confirmed on the same day and as of today my order has not been shipped What is happening Order number 52967406 I need the order to be sent

Dont reply to emails or ship

My order has been stuck on payment for a week now they haven t even started preparing my order I emailed them but got no respond looked everywhere even in spam to find the response but had nothing I wanted to buy a cologne in time for Christmas but guess ill never get it Hopefully I get something in return for this because I unfortunate event Edit thank you for replying to my email I was just concerned about what happened but now it s all sorted thank you
