Got an expired game but lootboy staff made it right

Got a surprise Origin game but sadly that PROMO expired however LootBoy support solved the issue rather quickly They were always very polite and helpful replied within 24 hours or less so I can only recommend them to anyone friends and family Very happy with them It s not that when you -eventually- run into a problem but actually how people respond and assist you what really matters I mean LB staff could had just ignore this but they show they care about user experience

Wonderful Support Team Interaction

I had a problem with my reward a 10 Steam Gift Card LB Support replied quickly They were patient understanding and helpful They didn t ask stupid questions like you get asked in many of the support interactions The overall experience was excellent
