Twice reporting this website issue about rewards and stuffs to their own Team surprisingly Lootboy team are kind and fast responding my message They even give replacements of the rewards since the app is still super buggy Although the Android app is still super buggy I am satisfied with Lootboy Team Thank u Lootboy Team worth my time and money Please kill all dupe account they aren t healthy for Lootboy ecosystem

I received a code from a LootBoy lootpack for a computer game on Steam but the code was invalid I contacted the LootBoy support team but unfortunately they did not have any more codes available for the game They provided me a new lootpack of my choosing which conveniently included a 5 Steam wallet code allowing me to buy the game myself

I had an issue involving a LootCard I wished to redeem not functioning so I ended up contacting their support to have an answer and it didn t take long at all to receive one The team has been very kind and helpful I very much appreciate it I honestly wish more support teams would be like this but you get what you get As for the card it was out of stock I was offered a compensation in return for the faulty card

Lootboy does exactly what it says it gives you loot I am more than thankful to the developers for giving us this many things and have such a wide variety of items too Another great thing that they do perfectly is give customer support I had a small problem with a product and lootboy didn t just reply instantly but also gave me back something in return My overall experience of the lootboy app and community is 11 10 and I have recommended it to friends too

Hello Few days ago I got a problem with steam key of A Story About My Uncle game it wasn t redeeming I wrote to support and they helped me Im not so happy with the loot that I got in change of A Story About My Uncle but that s not a problem of support support did a great job
