Random ban and incompetent support

They banned me like a year ago out of nowhere I didn t even complete any offers and after writing the support to ask what happened they responded after a week without even answering my question The only info they gave me is that the account is banned

Account Suspended For No Reason

The Lootup Compliance Department haven t responded to my ticket yet It has been 2 days Lootup suspended by account about 2 or 3 months ago for no reason I didn t do anything wrong but they claim I breached their terms When I earn alot of money from surveys and win contests they ban me That is my theory They just don t want me to use their site because I am wining contests too much I also asked them what did I breach And they said they can t tell me because of security reasons It is so pathetic Lootup needs better staff from the compliance department and better policies

This site is scam

When I asked to pay they locked my account because they suspected I had created multiple accounts and used VPN or proxy or intentionally manipulate their rewards While I only use 1 account for computer and 1 phone to download the lootup app No VPN or proxy I sent a request for help to support but received no response Is this how they work

LOOTUP IS THE WORST SURVEY WEBSITEI ve now switched to Attapoll here s why Clicked redeem and all of a sudden my account was suspended Took me so long to earn the points and all I wanted was to splurge a little just to find out my account was suspended I contacted them and still no response but they are active on here Clearly shows they prioritise their reviews more than the actual customer experience They always reply with the same message saying Contact this email blah blah blah it s NONSENSE because I already did I find it bizarre that you reply on here but not to your actual emails on whom YOU tell customers to contact it just proves you re ignoring us RIDICULOUS

Do NOT recommend this trash scam website They always respond with the same robotic responses and tell people to email them if they have any concerns which I have done TWICE and still have received no response regarding my suspended account which was done for no reason If you want to earn money through surveys this is not the site you want to use If I could give it 0 stars I would Very disappointed Don t even bother replying to this review lootup if your gonna respond with the same automated NPC bull crap robotic response

I finished Las Vegas casino offer for the equivalent of 75 and didn t get credit so I contacted support They wanted screen recording proof and I provided that They said they forwarded to the offer provider to confirm completion A week later I end up banned for no apparent reason I followed all the terms and services and asked support why I was banned and they gave me the generic Unfortunately at this time we are not able to reinstate your account I haven t done anything wrong i just completed 1 offer now I m banned
