Cancelled initial transfer

May I know why my account was suddenly suspended and I can t log in anymore Note this happened immediately I tried taking out the little money from Lootup in my paypal Are we not to withdraw the money

Lootup is trusted and reliable platform

It is a legit way to earn some extra cash on the side however the offers in my country South Africa are very limited so it took me a really long time to be able to make 5 dollars but I know in other countries they have better earning potential So I would advise they expand their pool with what they offer in certain countries outside of US and UK

The problem may have been with BitPay but I set up an account at BitPay then transferred an amount from Lootup Once the transaction was sent from Lootup I got a series of ID questions from BitPay which I answered I got a message that approval would take a couple of minutes or a couple of hours It took a week Long long story short after emails from both Lootup and Bitpay I sent messages to both customer services where of course I got the usual canned computer message with no solution Eventually Lootup cancelled the transaction and shortly after Bitpay approved the transaction I later made another transaction to see what would happen and that went through smoothly I will soon try another one to see what happens

I have been member on lootup since long

Lootup is trusted and reliable platform and the payment is pretty fast too but they are not very responsive when it comes to members problems I was suspended with 8 bucks for no reason so contacted them few days ago but got no response I thought this platform was worth my time but that s not the case

I am confused

I earn the minimum redemption by spinning the wheel I can t even complete a single survey because most of the time the browser freezes at that point or simply get rejected for no reason

There are many surveys that do not match

I have been member on lootup since long time never faced any issues with redemption and i always recieved the payment but since few days many users are facing log in issues through Facebook account including me There is no update from them on social media page about the issue and not even responding to the email sent to support on their official website They are partner of hideout too it is also not able to login through Facebook Now what s the situation of users who created their accounts using Facebook it s already been 3 days since the login trouble has started its my kind request for them to solve the issue soon

I like the opportunity to earn an extra

The first two months were great then they deactivated my account for no reason then I emailed them to see what was going on and explained the next day they activated my account and two days later they deactivated it again and I really don t understand why they did that It s been weeks and they haven t answered my e-mails

Lootup doesn t treat it s users equally

The rewards are fair for the amount of time required to complete the surveys There are many surveys that do not match the user s profile This can be frustrating as it can waste the user s time

Lootup greater more than just a platform

I like the opportunity to earn an extra dollar I also like the option to have referrals and receive additional prizes from them more thing can be added I guess some competitions between registered usersI do not like the fact that sometimes linked sites such as hideauttv sometimes does not load properly lack ads that actually earn and sometimes when it happens it is boring and irritating because you just waste your time without gaining anything

I gave a 3 star because I like daily chest promo code and redeem rewards is fast As for giveaways I never won any points I also don t like surveys because I always get rejected Lootup rewards are also better I think if you guys can rewards us for something for failing to meet requirements but tried to answer surveys
