Hello Lorrayn Thank you so much for your help It has been so practical steady and supportive It has helped me step by step to see what I need to do to get back on track in 6 short weeks From looking at what is causing anxiety and depression to how to take a step back and reflect to making a break with the vicious cycle and coming out with a gentle new plan that is easily actionable For the first time for a long time I feel like I can get to grips with what I need to do to make the change and feel like I have already started I have lots of notes to go back to so I feel like it s not far away to recap what we have discussed also and will be able to see how far we ve come
