Very easy to book Graham who we spoke to on the phone had already looked at the bungalow we wanted a survey for online and advised us a level 2 survey would cover what we wanted It would have been very easy to convince us a more expensive level 3 survey was what we needed They provided a very quick service we booked for the following week and got the full report back in 3 days The completed survey was very thorough and comprehensive and they checked things we didn t even think of checking It was 72 pages long with lots photographs and diagrams of both the inside and outside of the property We couldn t believe how Jennifer who compiled the survey could get in the loft to photographs the roof area She highlighted both the positive and the negative of the property We particularly liked the advice offered on the survey and the links to other services available for further information or we could phone them which we found very beneficial We would highly recommend Lotus to anyone

We received a very comprehensive 78 page report on the overall condition of our probable home purchase The cost was very reasonable and it is difficult to see how many of the more expensive quoting companies could produce anything better Real value for money

The Level 2 Survey has for me raised a few issues and whether to actually go ahead with the purchase considering the costs involved with repairs to the property Well worth investing in a survey and the report is very thorough
