From my experience the best option in Central Copenhagen area
Incredible service from really nice and competent staff at Louis Nielsen Valby I bought a pair of screen reading glasses that after some time turned out to not fit me so well I went to the store four times and the staff tried their best to adjust the glasses in several ways The last time I came to the store I was offered a set of new glasses with a different frame The glass needed to be remade from scratch with the blue light filtering and other coatings but Louis Nielsen Valby did all of this without further charge I must say this level of service is mind blowing to me and you got a loyal customer here now Looking forward to receiving the new glasses and I will sincerely vouch for Luis Nielsen Valby at any given time Best Lars

From my experience they are the best option in town Better than synoptik and Thiele in my opinion Went to their shop in Frederiksberg several times and they have the best and friendliest staff Got really good advice from the optician and from the rest of the staff Choice of frames is also good especially the cheaper options which to be frank look very very good even though they are not designer frames Price is overall very competitive Website is also good and works well better than some of the competitors Has a rather inexact but super-fun option to try out frames in AR Overall I can highly recommend using Louis Nielsen if you live around Central Copenhagen area or Frederiksberg Can t speak for their other shops of course

I found Louis Nielsen one of the best spectacles stores in Denmark The staff members were excellent polite professional and responsible I would recommend Louis Neilsen for an eye test and spectacles I will definitely revisit the store in coming days
