I ordered contact lenses from Ai and didn t receive my order After reaching out to the company I was literally told that it wasn t their problem and they were not able to help me in anyway I highly advise against buying from Ai No customer service or any help at all Ai informs that they have no insurance covering cases like this so I just threw money out the window

Fraud company Captures the amount from your card before any items is sent and tries to circumvent by saying they don t no anything and when the items can be sent - legally an e-commerce store isn t allowed to capture an amount before items ARE sent in fact capture isn t allowed legally before the order is handed over to the delivery company
