Darren and Martin were great delivery

Darren and Martin were great delivery guys The sofa itself was delayed by 3 or 4 weeks with no updates provided by the firm and when I followed up with them they blamed fabric suppliers which is an odd attitude The sofa itself is great so far it s day 1 and i can t fault the delivery team who were very helpful

Bespoke Arm chairs and footstool

Bespoke Arm chairs and footstool Arrived on time Duncan Craig delivering were fantastic Bespoke Loose covered Chairs Footstool Quality ok comfortable however arms need more substantial quality foam padding can easily feel the wood so don t feel they will have any longevity which for the price of these bespoke chairs is very disappointing Footstool expensive cheaply made All Loose covers fit well which is great but sadly have unlined skirts which is surprising Requested all customers own leftover fabric to be returned with Delivery Unfortunately forgotten

Beautiful sofa

The product is great Otilie corner sofa and the delivery team Duncan and Martin were brilliant I had a bit of back and forth with the bespoke element with mistakes in the spec and process but all was resolved in the end Speedy manufacture too Very happy with the end product

Nice sofa - after sales communication could improve

Ordered a sofa on 8 September and it was delivered yesterday 6th November The delivery guys Duncan and Zak were exceptionally helpful and pleasant We had a few mix ups with delivery dates of the sofa and communication was not the best As a goodwill gesture we were credited the price reduction that occurred between order and delivery Sofa is very nice so all worked out in the end

Beautiful bespoke sofa

My sofa has just been delivered by two very helpful polite and knowledgeable men Craig and Lee The sofa looks gorgeous and fits in perfectly it was made to measure I would ve given 5 stars if it wasn t so firm but I am reassured by Craig that it will soften and if not Love your Home will solve the issue and replace the fillers All together I m very happy with my purchase
