Ryan and Rob save the day

My initial experience with LYH was positive a visit to the showroom to select a bed for my daughter s room was all we expected careful thought around design and fabric choice and reassuring advice So far so good The Bed was planned to be delivered on schedule and the delivery team Ryan and Rob arrived with a cheerful disposition and helpful attitude However during installation it emerged that quality control is not all it should be and the wrong slats were sent with the bed rendering it unusable However these things happen and because the delivery team were professional and upbeat I felt that the issue would be swiftly resolved However as suggested by another reviewer the back office function is not sufficient a number of emails went unanswered and promised return calls were never received One week later increasingly desperate emails and phone calls were answered and the same lovely delivery team returned and fixed the slats A week ago I would have given the operation 5 stars but a week after the initial delivery with no engagement with customer services an unusable bed and all the frustration that went with endless correspondence I am afraid I can only give 3 stars it would have been lower but for the exemplary service given by Rob and Ryan Please LYH do better you need to invest in resourcing the back office operation to enable your customer service team to read and respond to emails and return calls and to resolve apparently simple issues which could have been avoided by appropriate quality control in the first instance these sort of difficulties really do take the shine off a pleasing product

Lovely sofa great delivery team poor customer service

Lovely sofa and I must make special mention of the delivery team of Duncan and Darren who were superb and deserve a 5 out of 5 However after sales and customer service have made this review a 3 due to issues with obtaining feedback on a replacement sofa original sofa was damaged It took several emails telephone calls and a visit to the showroom before the issue was resolved Such a shame as the product sales and delivery teams were superb

Lovely sofas but quality control is not up to scratch

We ordered 2 Ottilie sofas via Love Your Home There were some delays in their arrival but we were delighted when they did arrive However it was immediately apparent that 7 of the sofa legs were tapered and one was straight LYH were very apologetic and two weeks later sent out 8 replacement legs that were all too short So we are now awaiting the third set of legs and hope it s third time lucky Sofas are lovely but quality control is not up to scratch particularly for a brand that markets itself as premium

Quality doesn t live up to expectations

We bought an Ottilie corner sofa with spare mint cover about two years ago It s a great design and a very comfortable seat however there are some quality issues with the product especially given the price point The filling of some of the cushions seems to be foam only rather than a mix with down meaning that it s impossible to shape them evenly Most importantly some of the cover s threads have started to unravel which I wouldn t expect from a good quality sofa after 2 years of domestic use All in all we wouldn t be too bothered had this been a low-cost product but unfortunately the value for money on this particular product is disappointing

Good product and BFM but poor back office

Despite having to have a replacement product the item itself is good value for money The back office infrastructure is though is poor with practically little by way of customer service and has taken 6 months to rectify The guys who delivered the replacement bed were great shout out to Darren and Ash Overall would use LYH again but wary of back office failings

Oscar Wing Back chair- replacement leg

Ash and Darren visited yesterday to replace a wobbly leg on one of our Oscar wing back chairs They were courteous approachable and demonstrated a huge amount of knowledge in the LYH products Unfortunately and not within their responsibility none of the replacement legs they brought with them were suitable to be fitted to the chair I know that this issue will be rectified by LYH quickly but it is a shame that it will take two appointments to do so Added on the 17 06 2024Unfortunately this was not the case LYH no longer have a supply and do not use the same type of chair leg any longer and are unable to help us Customer Services suggested that i contact a local carpenter Expensive chair I had hoped that it would not require any repair

Long wait as item had to be sent back

Long wait as item had to be sent back as broken Not notified of this so was a shock when I rang to check delivery Finally arrived today look good quality and bespoke aspects good Craig Martin good delivery experience
