I ordered a Biasi stat from low cost plumbing and telephoned them for a confirmation email which they did in minutes I was advised that the item had been dispatched On Monday 6th October I received a text at approximately 0920 informing me the item would be delivered between 14 35 and 15 35 that day So I arranged for fitting of the item later that day At 16 30 the item hadn t arrived so I contacted UK Mail who could not advise what the problem was other than the item was out for delivery of which I had already deduced from UK Mail tracking service UK Mail said they would make enquiries and get back to me I was still waiting for the return call from UK Mail at 17 20 so I re-contacted them and waited some 20 minutes for an answer only to be told no attempt had been made to deliver the item and it had been returned to the Preston UK Mail depot and would be delivered the following day this was unacceptable as I wasn t at home the following day As I had arranged for the item to be fitted in the early evening I had no choice but to pick the item up from the depot a 20 mile round trip I was not kept informed of the situation I had to do all the chasing so in essence with fuel costs I was charged twice for the delivery

My order didn t arrive had to contact supplier to respond when it finally came it was damaged didn t send them back couldn t do with hassle

Brought a boiler after calling to ask when it will be delivered I gave the item number and was told it would be the following Wednesday which was perfect Was told to order it online as payment can t be taken over the phone Ordered online and within the hour I received a phone call to say the item had been discontinued The website was out of date I was then told the funds wouldn t be back in my account until the bank had done it which meant I had to wait until Monday this happened on a Friday until the funds were available again for me to order another boiler from a different retailer Very inconvenient as I was hoping to have the boiler in time to fit into our new house we move into this Friday but now we are having to live with family until the boiler is installed

It cost 9 60 to deliver a small item weighing about 300grams I could accept the high delivery cost if the delivery was speedy However it took 5 days to arrive I will not be purchasing anything from low cost plumbing again

Delivery 3-5 days - it arrived on day 9 It is December - we have had no heating and no hotwater - minimum temperature at night minus 4 Kids aged 5 8 washing hands and hair using the kettle Spent 60 in a travel inn just to get a shower Now the plumber can t fit it for 4 days Great

Just a bad experience as a whole after ordering instantly told the majority of the order was not in stock and would take an extra week Was not too fussed at first but then incorrect items turned up called to explain only to be told what I had ordered is no longer available Had to send numerous emails and make calls just to get what I ordered 2 weeks later stuff had still not turned up and had to be chased again If I order 1000 worth of stuff I want it to arrive hassle free and not be on the phone every day

Have not yetr inspected shower enclosure as I have 28 days under new legislation to do this which takes me to after the plumber will look at it I was told by the delivery driver that the shower tray was damaged and that a second would be sourced I signed to show that I had not received this but have had no further word from the company I hope things will work out O K but I would like to be kept informed

Pretty poor follow up to telephone conversations which on the face of it sounded quit positive I understand not easy at the moment for anyone but if you say you will do something do it or just say no so I am sat here with something I don t need or want

Ordered and payed for a shower tray 2 days later phoned to say it was discontinued so why sell it to me in the first place On the plus side they did phone me and refund no quibble however now put me behind on my shower install

after waiting for delivery 11 days I got in touch to be told there was a problem with the supplier I asked why they had not informed me and they said they were not aware at the time I then told them to cancel the order and return my money 10 minutes later they sent an email to say it would be delivered tomorrow I phoned again and told them to cancel and return my money
