poor delivery

was told delivery would be on either the Monday or the Tuesday so had a plumber booked from Monday morning Despite a number of calls on the Tuesday when I was told the item would be delivered that day at 5pm I was told the item was not on the delivery truck that day I was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday and I would get a phone call an hour prior to delivery No phone call but thankfully the plumber was there to accept the item

Great products but deficient delivery system

The products are great toothbrush holders and soap dispensers just what I wanted and at a good price but there was confusion over the delivery and the products were sent out a week later than I expected with no email text telling me which day they would be delivered on so inevitably I wasn t in and had to reschedule the delivery which added on a few more days Some glitch with their online stocktaking system apparently but they were helpful over the phone in resolving the issue

Not very good

My first shower tray arrived badly damaged could be tnt delivery damage So I contacted polite staff members who assured me a new one would be delivered the next day A bag of fittings arrived but no shower tray Now I get sent an email to fill in a review and I still haven t received my order Not very good when ur workmen are relying upon the arrival and work is now pushed back a week at least

I have not quite managed how to negotiate the check out process first you select an item then God help you if you want to Add anything on Like a Shower Tray No Chance What about an extension leg kit Find this is you can I dare you Try emailing customer service They may even Answer Website is very poor

Initially I was sent the wrong product The process of rectifying this was difficult but when I eventually contacted the right person the issue was quickly resolved

I have given a low rating due to poor communications about delivery dates which meant I had to postpone my plumber Also I live in a flat which has level access and a large lift but it is kerbside delivery only and the driver started to leave everything outside on the street in view of the public until I pleaded with him to at least get the four separate items into the lift - you d think kerbside for a flat meant to your front door

The oil central heating boiler and parts arrived on the agreed day I had been advised by telephone the previous day that delivery would occur between 11 and 12pm However the reminder that arrived at 17 39 gave a delivery time of 05 15-07 13 This meant that the driver and myself struggled to offload the 151kg boiler from the van as it was too early to disturb any neighbours or get anyone else There was no loading equipment and we had to transfer the boiler to my small wheelbarrow and i had to get a neighbour s help later to take the boiler off the barrow and stand it upright on the floor I think this could have been dangerous to the driver and possibly myself if it had fallen The driver might have been injured while slowly sliding the boiler from the van step onto the barrow due to its weight I was worried that it would be damaged but did not want to turn the delivery away Whilst i appreciate there was only the driver in the vehicle i think that where there is a very bulky heavy breakable item where a delivery charge is levied alternative measures are needed to ensure safe delivery Also not everyone may have neighbours able to help

Sent the wrong size item Then insisted on me sending them photos of the item in order to prove it was not the size ordered No flexibility about timings for them to collect the item sent in error
