No to low cost plumbing supplies

I ordered the product on 3 April and paid 4 pp for a small item Delivery was promised by 8April and karate afternoon on th 9th and I am still waiting Another company made a larger delivery at mo extra cost in 2 days Service is very poor even allowing for Corvid19 Will not use them again

The item i ordered

The item i ordered a boiler part which i desperately needed never arrived after10 days even though i paid 7 00 for delivery for a tiny parcell I contacted Low cost plumbing and they investigated they called me back and said the delivery company left it at the local post office as they could not find my property my property is 30 years old and i have never had a problem on any deliverys in the 24 years i have lived here

Cancelled Order

Ordered a radiator from this company Took my order and payment then after 2-3 days contacted me to cancel order which left me rushing to get one elsewhere Excuse was problems with pallet supplies Would not use again

Very poor customer service and product

Very poor customer service and product The bath they supplied was damaged and they refused to replace it They also send a bigger bath screen than the one I ordered which did not fit and then tried to suggest it was the bath configuration that was at fault and nothing to do with the screen they supplied being 40mm longer than the one I ordered Best avoid and go local if you want a good service and the products to the spec and quality you orded

Can t manufacture to advertised size

I ordered a 1700mm shower tray for my three wall shower enclosure The shower tray arrived at the full 13mm oversize that the company deems acceptable in manufacture In a 3 wall shower enclosure 13mm is crucial and not what I deem acceptable The company offered a refund but only if I returned the tray to the store As I live in SE England and the store is in Birmingham this is not possible I am now 300 out of pocket I ordered one from Victorian Plumbing which came at exactly the size advertised so it s not too difficult to manufacture to size Won t be using this company again

Totally stressful

Totally stressful Ordered 3 big items with 2 of them being unavailable despite being given a delivery window First one item was damaged and there was no replacement Eventually paid to upgrade to a more expensive version So all seemed fine Then a second item was found to be broken and no other items were in stock Various delivery promises given and broken Eventually had to settle for a model I didn t want as the job was well underway and I had to have something Avoid if you value your sanity

What a nightmare Dont bother

What a nightmare First time i ordered some Selkirk flue pipe fittings Have had 2 3rds of the order delivered the other 1 3 is no where to be seen Have been given dates for delivery then nothing turns up Then we get nothing back from customer services on any update Utterly ridiculous company Will not be using again RyanSOS Heating Ltd

Poor service

Really poor service from order to delivery I had to make several telephone calls to them to complain about the wrong part they sent and it took me several phone calls to ask them to process my refund It has taken 2 weeks to receive my credit and it was wrong I had to make another call to chase them Shocking service and I will certainly not be using this company again I would advise perspective buys to think twice about using them

Sent wrong product

Advertised on the website as having a USB port but didn t Not noticed until it was fitted and then the company wouldn t do anything not even pay the difference

This company is awful

This company is awful they took the order withdrew the money immediately and never herd from them again I called a few times and sent emails as well no response Then I cancelled and they promised to see my money back I still haven t received the money
