As a professional plumber I require a quality supplier who will provide good quality products at the right price and deliver them when I require them not when they want to deliver I am glad to say low cost plumbing supplies fulfilled my requirements almost I gave 4 stars which should really have been 5 stars because when my order arrived I was shocked to see on the large cardboard box the 1100x1900 wetroom glass panel arrived in had 3 size 10 boot prints straight across it someone had actually walked across the box while it was laid flat This shows someone with total disregard for the contents The packaging of the other items was also very tatty to the extent that I was dreading unpacking However as it happens everything was in perfect condition and I am pleased with my purchase The staff on the customer help line were first class and dealt with my enquiries professionally and promptly going above and beyond expectations It was only the courier delivery that was a little lacking but that is a third party issue and not this companies fault

Ordered a large stone resin shower tray Good service price well packaged just as well as the driver who delivered it said it toppled over in the van so obviously not strapped down properly but have to blame delivery firm for that otherwise would have been a 5 star

Ordering was good but the delivery took way too long We have to pay for the plumber to come again to fit the radiator So bad delivery time

We found what we wanted and then proceeded to checkout at which point we found we had to pay a hefty delivery charge even though it clearly states that delivery is free We were spending 600 too We contacted the company where a girl just kept repeating that it was in the small print that there would be a charge for certain areas We live in North Yorkshire not the outer hebridea Good luck with finding anything other than free delivery immediately visible Very disappointing but the goods seem fine and prices are competitive I think this is probably a decent company its just that I just hate being tricked This was posted 13th Oct Very quickly after the above was posted I received a very nice reply from the company The initial phone conversation hadn t been helpful just a very scripted response but I feel confident that they will address the issues I raised Like I said the goods seem great not yet installed but I m very hopeful and I m impressed with how the company have responded With this in mind I m upgrading to 4 stars Thank you

my order took a little longer to come due to restrictions caused by Covid 19 It arrived in great condition and delivery driver was very polite and helpful I was informed every step of the way once my order was processed by text and e mail Even gave me a time for delivery to the hour Thank you

The only website that met my requirements in terms of cloakroom accessories in a particular shape Will use this site again Only one problem - no email to say the goods had been despatched and when I rang every member of staff was on a training course

Delivered on time good communication regarding order delivery also with customer service team Had a slight issue with part of order but dealt with same day and new one sent out by courier and received within days Great value as well

Prices really competitive and the majority of the order was delivered on time and in great condition by a really helpful delivery guy However the flipper panel for the shower is still outstanding Online ordering allowed us to select the item and pay for it It was only afterwards we were advised it s delivery was delayed - that was at the beginning of November and we are still waiting In my opinion if you don t have stock then customers shouldn t be able to pick and pay for the item It wouldn t be so bad if they kept us informed but we have to keep chasing to find out when it will arrive Hate leaving such negative feedback but maybe the company will amend their operations so it helps improve someone else s experience
